Settling The Issue

A slight grin appeared on Nathan's face as he instantly found the solution to this slight issue.

Of course, they wouldn't take Lily with them, and they wouldn't also leave her in the house, at least, they wouldn't leave her in the house... alone.

Nathan stared at Mirabel, who was still against the idea of leaving Lily in the house, though it wasn't as if anybody else also supported the idea, except Charles.

"I have an idea," Nathan suddenly said, making all of them turn their heads towards him.

Mirabel's eyes were already sparkling with expectation as she stared at Nathan, waiting to hear what he would say.

She knew that he wouldn't just discard Lily like that, so she was actually glad that he finally spoke up.

But then...

"We'll leave her in the house," Nathan said, glancing at everyone with an indifferent expression on his face.

"H... huh?" Mirabel muttered, with an obvious look of shock on her face.
