Living within the confines of a seemingly traditional household, Aizen's suspicions grew as he observed his grandfather returning with minor injuries, seemingly inflicted by sharp objects. The house, though appearing conventional, revealed a hidden side through paintings adorning its walls—depictions of monstrous figures. A realization struck when Aizen identified a painting bearing the summoning sign for Mahoraga and the calligraphic word "zeni'n."

This revelation hinted at the existence of the Jujutsu Kaisen world, but without enough evidence, it was just a thought at the back of his mind. With no television to provide this knowledge, Aizen suspected his grandfather's involvement in something beyond the ordinary.
