(XLVIII) Ambush

"Ichiko!" Isaac shouted from the bottom of the stairs, running up them quickly as the woman leaped from the wall. 

Gust streams soared around her ankles and wrists as she rapidly flew forward over the destroyed city. She pointed her katana forward as it cut through the air. 

Slipstreams soared past the blade as it moved, blocking a dozen more bullets as she flipped through the air, launching herself off destroyed pillars and skyscrapers toward the overpass. 

Isaac gasped at the bullet holes in the wall, his eyes widening in shock as he quickly turned around, sprinting down the stairs and yelling loudly. 

Everyone ran toward the entrance of the mall in a panic as the young man ran through the crowd, grabbing people as he recognized them, ordering them to follow him. 

"Isaac!" Amy exclaimed, reaching out and grabbing his hand, stopping him as he turned around and grabbed her.
