"You know Kokoro no Kiseki, you aren't just marrying me. In a way you are marrying them too because we're all a family. Bound together. You just don't have sex with them. Just shared sex with me." I laughed.
Bucky looked thoughtful. "I hadn't considered that. But yes, in a way. I ain't putting a ring on their finger, just saying. Only yours."
"Deal."
After a few minutes Loki and Thor came back over to me and Bucky. I knew I needed to tell them something before they married me. And I was worried it would make them change their minds. What man wouldn't?
Loki looked at me, concerned. He felt my worry but couldn't see the cause.
"All you are right, my sweet? What worries you?"
I sat on the bed, twisting the ring around on my finger. "Can you guys sit down for a minute? This is going to be hard for me to tell."
All three sat at my feet. Loki had wanted to sit behind me, but I needed to see his face with the others. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I looked at all of them, sadness, fear, and nervousness on my face.
"I need you all to know something before you marry me. I know it might change your mind and I wouldn't blame you."
"What is it, Angel?"
I felt Bucky's hand cover mine when he saw my hands shaking. My whole body was. This was the most unfair thing I have had happen to me in my life and now it was unfair to them as well. I hated my past even more.
"You saw the abuse I went through." My voice shook. "And I know every man wants a child of their own. But… I… I can't give you that. Charlie… the whip…" My voice broke. "It tore too much of me inside and since I didn't have the proper medical attention then, now I can't have kids."
I looked down at my lap. I saw the ring Loki had given me. A tear fell onto the ring. I wanted so much to have kids with them, but that dream was taken from me a long time ago. I felt it made me less as a woman for them.
"I wish I could give you that. I never thought to find anyone I would love enough to want kids, so it never really bothered me before. But then I found all of you. And I so desperately wish I could have a child with you, one from each one of you." My voice dropped to a whisper. "But I can't."
Loki's fingers lifted my head and I stared into his clear blue eyes, eyes you could happily drown in.
"You are not less my sweet. All your experiences make you more. While we all would have liked to have children with you, it is not a necessity to be with you. We love you for you. Exactly as you are." He cupped my cheek and brushed his thumb under my eye, wiping away a tear. "I know you feel that we will look at you differently, but I promise we do not."
"Besides, Doll. When we all decide we're ready for kids, there's always adoption. Although explaining why they're getting old and mommy and daddies aren't will be an interesting conversation."
I laughed as I imagined how that would go. "You're right. I never thought about adoption." I looked at them and smiled. "You are the most amazing men I have ever met, and I am very very happy that I get to marry all three of you."
"We are happy you accepted, Angel. Um… now that we have the children conversation done, do you thing we could go get breakfast?"
Loki gave Thor a withering look. "Seriously Brother? Is your stomach all you think of?"
"No. I also think of being inside Ariane." He grinned at me. "Now can we go eat?"
"Oh my god Thor!" I smacked his arm. "Yes, we can go get food."
-----------
"OH MY GOD!!!" Nat squealed as we came into the room. I froze. Now what?
"What is that you are wearing?! Where did that come from?" She pointed to my hand and eyed the guys. Trust Nat to notice the details. I smiled and wrapped my arm around Loki.
"Loki asked me to marry him, and I said yes. It's our engagement ring."
Everyone started clapping and yelling. When it quieted down, I added "Oh, and Bucky and Thor asked me too, so we have to plan three weddings. The ring represents all of us so one ring, three husbands, one bride."
It was quiet for a moment while everyone processed that, then the cheers started again. Steve came up and shook all of the boy's hands and gave me a huge hug. "I'm so happy for you. You deserve it all." Steve whispered in my ear.
"Thanks, Capsicle." I looked around and walked closer to Tony.
"Um… Dad?"
Tony and everyone else froze and looked at me.
"Oh… um… should I not call you that? I can go back to Tin Man if that's better." I glanced back at Loki, worried I had done something wrong. It seemed I always looked to Loki first for reassurance or information.
Tony cleared his throat. "No. Dad is fine. I'm happy to have you call me Dad. Just not Daddy." He grinned.
"Ok Dad but not Daddy." I smiled. "Can I ask you something?"
"Sure Kid."
"Well… Loki and Thor still have to tell me the Asgardian traditions for weddings, but Bucky and I know Earth's weddings. Will you… will you give me away?"
Tony looked speechless for a minute then ran over and grabbed me in the biggest hug, spinning me around and around until I was dizzy and laughing.
"Nothing would make me happier, Kid. I'm honored you're asking me."
I hugged him as he set me down. "I wouldn't want anyone but my dad to do it."
I looked over at Nat and Wanda. "So, you being the only other girls, and my sisters, you're the bridesmaids. But" I pointed at them, "You have to decide between the two of you who is the maid of honor."
I laughed as Wanda and Nat shared a look and I knew it was on. I looked over at all my guys standing together.
"I know Bucky has to pick a best man and the groomsmen. Not sure about you other two. But you pick those. Not gonna do it for you. I have too much other shit to juggle for three weddings."
They all looked at me and smiled. "Yes, my sweet. We do still have to decide those as well. Our traditions are not much different than yours. Although I am happy one tradition is not being followed. Weddings are usually held under the blessing of the Allfather."
"I have to admit I agree, Bother. Not having him here is a blessing in itself."
I walked over and wrapped my arms around all three as best I could. "Then let's eat and then we have weddings to plan."
"Food, finally!" Everyone laughed as Thor moved to the table.
