The Choice, and the Fruit.

An- Hey Guy! As I am writing this it it 1am and its the 17th of October, I checked the ranks to see if there were any interesting fics to read and you could imagine my surprise when I see it on every category! I am so happy! Thank you guys and gals and people!

Anyway this chapter will be that second last of arc of syrup Village so we can move on to don kraig and his crew! Haha

Everyone stared in shock at the slowly disintegrating giant chain.

"Chain of Freedom? Seriously thats so-" Nami begun to say but was cut of by an excited Luffy and Usopp.

""Cool!"" Both said with stars in their eyes.

I puffed up my chest and grin, "I know, I know, I'm pretty awesome." I said as the chain finally disappeared and sucked back into my body.

Then I remembered something.

"Guys and gals, I have a bad feeling.." I said looking in the direction of the beach.

"What's wrong?" Usopp said and I turned my attention to him.

"Hey Usopp join our crew and become our Sniper and I will give you a devil fruit." Usopp eyes suddenly widened at my Statement.

"W-what!?" He exclaimed in shock.

Nami's eyes grew berry signs, "Not giving it to you flat tits." I stated, in fact she ain't getting anything off me the greedy bitch..

"But! The money I- I mean we could make!" I flipped her off and looked at Usopp, Luffy was vibrating excitedly at the prospect of a new crew mate.

"Wait.." I said suddenly, "Shit I forgot about merry." I said rushing over to the downed butler.

I moved him to his back and quickly check his pulse, I let out a sigh of relief, "He's alive, hey Kaya you want to treat this guy?" I asked her she quickly nights and runs over to Merry almost falling but getting there none the less.

She teared a strip of her dress and wrapped it around merry's wound.

"It will have to do until a get a medkit or something like alcohol.." she said and Zoro suddenly spoke.

"Will liquor your be okay he said handing a half empty bottle of liquor to the blonde.

"Thank you." She said curtly, and took the now slightly bloody bandage off and took out a small handkerchief out about and dabbed a little amount on it, she then cleaned the wound making the still unconscious merry to wince in pain.

Once the wound was cleaned she put the makeshift bandage on merry again..

After she was done we held Him into the mansion and placed him on a couch.

I made sure to tie up Kuro before though..

After that I sat down on a chair and sighed..

"Hey Usopp so what's your decision?" I said looking at the long nose teen.

"I want to but-" he was about to say something about Kaya but said girl interrupted him.

"Usopp, I know this is what you want." She said, "every time you speak about your dad you always look excited when mentioning that he is a pirate.." she said grabbing his hand making him blush slightly.

"Go to sea. Have adventurers and when your done, come back and tell me all about them." She said smiling softly.

She turned her attention to Luffy and me, "Is there a way I can repay you for saving me and Merry?" Kaya asked.

"Do you have a ship?" Luffy said, "yeah we are in need of one." I added nodding in agreement.

"A ship? Hmmm." She thought putting a hand to her chin.

"I- I could help with that." Said a slight weakened Merry.

"Merry!" Kaya exclaimed and hugged the butler who chuckled and patted her back.

She moves back and sits back down.

Merry pushes himself to a sitting position and looks at the Group.

"I have made a ship, I call it the Going Merry. You could take that." He said with a slight smile.

"Really!? Thats would be awesome!" Said Luffy in excitement.

"Yeah, we would really appreciate it." I said nodding at the Sheep guy in thanks.

"It no problem for the saviours of young Kaya and me." He said with a smile.

I nodded and turned back at the Liar, "So Usopp you in?" I said.

"Sure, I will be the captain!" He exclaimed But Luffy shoot that down quickly, "Nope I'm captain." Usopp was downcast but exclaimed again, "Okay I will be Vice-Captain then!" But before I could denie him Luffy shoot him down before me, "Nah Lox is Vice-Captain." He said and Usopp slumped to the ground.

"You can be our Sniper though." I added and he got back up with a grin.

"Well I'll be the almighty Sniper of the crew then!" I gave him a thumbs up and reach into my pouch bag made of rabbit pelt and pulled out the Devil fruit.

"Here," I said and everyone's eyes widened Luffy look like he was about to take it and eat it but I shoot him a look.

"If you eat two fruits you die." His interest in eating vanished instantly.

"catch!" He got it and almost dropped it but looked at it in wonder.

"What powers will I get?" He asked me and I Strug, "I don't know." I said and he looked back at the fruit.

"Oh come on can we please sell it.." Nami said pleadingly, "Nope." I said quickly.

She slumped in sadness of loss of cash.

Usopp stared at the fruit but shoved it all into his mouth but his face shrivelled and discust, he swallowed it.

He coughed at scratched at his tongue, "Ew!" He shouted and me and Luffy chuckled knowing his pain.

He stopped as if he remembered something.

I recognised it as him getting the basic information of the fruit.

"What did you get?" I asked in curiosity.

"The Track-Track fruit.." he said his eyes wide at the information he was getting.

"Track-Track? What does it do help you find things?" I asked and nodded in negative.

"It makes anything a throw or shoot always hit the thing I want it too." My eyes widened at the overpoweredness of the ability.

"Holy fucking shit thats a perfect ability for a sniper!" I said my jaw hitting the ground.

Usopp nodded in agreement.

An- there you go! A 1k chapter! And we finally get to see what Usopp's fruit is!

I was like what would be the perfect ability for a sniper and I was like up it was like a tracking missle always hitting its target. Cool right? I know I'm amazing.

But it makes sense because Usopp luck was and is amazing on how he survived all the monsters on the grandline!

Anyway! Have a good Halloween don't forget to dress up or I will get you.. remember that I will get you.. every moment you aren't running I'm getting closer…
