"Did they only book for five days?" Kim Nie asked.

Manager Gao nodded, "Yes, five days."

Kim Nie calculated, "A five-day loss isn't too bad. If they still don't come out after five days, then you can send someone to ask. By then, it will be justified."

Manager Gao agreed, "Alright, I'll wait two more days."

With a brief acknowledgment, Kim Nie returned to the courtyard.

Little did they know, the real drain on resources had only just begun.

After his return, the spiritual energy consumption in the inn continued to rise, until guests started to complain that the spiritual energy was significantly thinner than usual, making it hard for them to absorb any.

Upon investigating, Manager Gao discovered that the complaining guests were staying in rooms closest to the premium room.

He had no choice but to reassign their accommodations.
