Disaster Area (Part 2)

As these strange phenomena continued, not only in fruit country but also in some inland countries wherever there were seas or lakes, mutation events occurred rapidly, leading to a sharp decline in population due to the swift pace of mutations.

However, every coin has two sides.

Despite the cataclysmic events that caused by Earth's anomalies, humans discovered that these disaster-stricken areas birthed copious amounts of spiritual energy.

Especially in more perilous locations, the spiritual energy was more abundant.

Later on, after stabilizing the chaotic aftermath of the anomalies, humans sealed off all disaster areas and classified them by levels based on spiritual energy and the strength of the monster within.

As the spiritual energy and powerful monster diminished in a region, its danger level would decreased, leading to a decline in its classification.
