Waking up the next morning, I was in a foul mood.
An incredibly foul one, maybe it was due to the fact I literally learned nothing from how to craft, maybe it was due to falling asleep on the pieces of cloth containing all my notes and subsequently ruining them.
It could've been me sleeping oddly and waking up the next day with sore arms, or it could've just been something to do with hormones.
Nevertheless, I went on a massacre spree.
So when I say I went on a massacre spree I wasn't kidding in the slightest when I say I went on a massacre spree.
Swinging my blade without care for its durability unlike last time where I made sure to keep it slightly above its durability to prevent further breakages.
I literally didn't care anymore as I massacred all the monsters that could've stood in my way.
Traveling from the [prisoner's quarters] eliminating the [Shield Bearers], [Grenadiers], [zombies] and [Undead Archers].
To the [Toxic sewers] where I slayed [Rancid Rats], [Kamikazes], [Scorpions] and [Disgusting worms]
And finally at [Ossuary] where I decided to vent most of my frustrations here.
Looking around the corpse ridden Ossuary I nodded before bending my waist over backwards and dodging a strange orange blob oddly reminiscent of slimes.
[Corpse Juice]
Those words were the ones that came up in my vision when I saw what the monster I was facing exactly was.
Carrying a variety of sharp weapons, the one that caught my attention was the blood sword in its gooey malaise infected slime.
Quickly dodging one of its comrades that snuck up behind me and tried to take a cheeky attack at me, I silently watched it melt a nearby corpse.
Mentally noting that information down, I switched from my idea of going bare handed and grabbed one of the rusty weapons that were scattered all over the place.
Throwing it with all the skill of an Olympic level javelin throwing athlete.
The long rusty spear whistled through the air as it landed a bullseye and pierced the floating white eyeball in the midst of the orange slime made of corpse juice.
Seeing that I had successfully slain the orange blob and caused an explosion of various gastric juices, I spun around and threw various weapons into the air.
Jumping up in the air with the skill of a high jumped, I utilized my past life's sparse knowledge of martial arts to realize I needed a strong platform to do what I was going to do.
And with an application of the double jump, I used the air itself as a platform and kicked the pommels and staves of the rusty swords and spears.
Embedding the flying weapons into the orange blobs and killing them with the forces of the sharp weapons.
Falling back to the ground, I looted the slime corpses and received some orange gel before continuing my massacre.
And ho boy was it a massacre.
Using the Blood sword I had take from the slime corpse, I used the Inferno fragment without regard of durability.
Burning all the blood there was in the blood fire, the flames engulfed everything there was to burn in its scalding heat.
I was pretty sure that I had even burned a portion of my skin as well.
Not that it mattered.
Slicing open [Thorny's] which were turtle like beings with glowing spikes on their back, with the help of the Blood sword and scorching its insides, the [Thorny] could only silently scream as gouts of red flame exited its mouth.
And I don't know whether or not I was unlucky last time because this time when I went to the Ossuary, I couldn't spot even the embers of an inferno spirit.
Not that it mattered since I was just here to kill things.
Rolling my eyes and still feeling rather restless, I spun the twin daggers in my hand and quickly decapitated a zombie.
...Still pissed.
That was when I ran into another new enemy when I was lamenting my luck over not finding not one but two inferno spirits in the dungeon dive.
[Shocker]
It was a giant floating piece of stone covered in a series of runic markings surrounded by two other smaller floating stone fragments.
I honestly thought it was something like the [Protector] which still protected the infected in death if not for the wildly circling black eye with an orange pupil in the center.
Staring at the creature, it noticed my presence and instantly started to charge up mana.
Even I who could only sense the mana when focused could see that it was doing something, which left two options.
One is to dodge the attack and hope it won't hit me, or two.
Beat it the fuck up.
I chose two.
Without skipping a beat, I pulled the string back on the marksman's bow and stretched all of my muscles and took a deep breath.
Upon letting it out, the arrow that was nocked onto the shelf of the bow instantly flew and stuck itself in the orange eye of the being.
Trembling midair, the [Shocker] spun its eye in its socket and released an electric dome around it.
I should've expected that something with the name shocker in its name would've used electricity, but it still was shocking to see a dome of electricity tickle the tip of my nose.
But it inevitably was an enemy in the end.
Letting a few more arrows land on its eyeball, the creature died and the floating stone lost its blue light and crumbled against the ground.
Looting it, I continued to decapitate, crush and skewer many different enemies.
And as I did so, I found an Elite enemy.
More specifically.
The [Elite Slasher] was the one that appeared again.
Staring at the [Elite Slasher] that was oblivious to my presence, I disregarded any thoughts of ambushing the creature.
Relying on the fact that I had a near infinite supply of red potions that could heal a majority of my wounds.
Brandishing a blue broadsword with familiarity, I jumped up and spun in the middle of the air.
Relying on my body to be the central axis and using the broadsword to generate centrifugal force to completely obliterate the Elite Slasher standing before me.
And reacting with praiseworthy speed, the [Elite Slasher] brought up its broken wrought steel sword and blocked it.
But if the attack was so easily blocked then I might as well just have not spun myself in the air at all.
Kneeling underneath the force of the blow, the skeletal frame of the Slasher gained a network of cracks running throughout its entire body.
Perhaps sensing its imminent doom after only just meeting its enemy, the Elite Slasher quickly jumped backwards performed a series of familiar motions.
Having already learned the attack patterns from its now dead comrade, I quickly dodged the ensuing red slashes.
But as all elites do, this elite had a unique power to it.
Taking advantage of the gap I gave by dodging the air slashes it reinforced its bones and gave it a dull grey sheen, much like the iron sword that it was wielding.
All the better for me as I was definitely pissed.
Switching from the broadsword to the Nutcracker, a giant hammer meant for crushing things, I swung it and that was all I remembered.
It was only when I was on the receiving end of a piece of text appearing on the edge of my vision stating [Black Bridge] that I realized what had happened.
I think.
Staring at my body that was slick in nothing but thick red scarlet blood I didn't know what to say as I was speechless at how I looked.
Staring at my body that was dyed crimson red a roar from the head of the bridge attracted my attention.

Sorry that I stopped uploading chapters, I kinda had zero motivation and inspiration.
Also speeding things up as I feel like I'm dragging things a bit to long.
