He introduced the details of the current Wealth Project to Noland Lee, item by item, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

It was a rather tedious process, requiring concentration to memorize key points and careful discrimination against traps and unfavorable factors within the contract.

"...Tote, I have a question."

Noland Lee pointed at a particular clause in the Magic Contract:

"As one of the sponsors of the Wealth Project, I should be allowed to visit the site of the Magic Experiment, right? Then why does this Magic Contract state that 'sponsors cannot be present on-site'? Without witnessing the experiment firsthand and unable to send an Agent to supervise, how can I ensure that my gold coins aren't being misused?"
