Chapter 4- First Spirit ring

They slept in the tent for one night as Liu Erlong didn't sleep while protecting her son. They were now up against a Spirit beast with at least 898 years of Spirit ring. But it had already lost consciousness due to Liu Erlong's spirit power pressure. Liu Feng glanced at the Spirit Beast, which was a dark-brown three-eyed bear the size of an adult bull. 

"Well, it was a rare spirit beast species in the Star Luo forest, and I think its spirit ring is very suitable for you, my son," Liu Erlong stated with a frown as she stood behind Liu Feng, arms folded beneath her breast. 

"Yeah, Mommy, you don't need to worry, You already knew I have a 1st compressed ring, so my mental power is almost equal to this spirit beast," Liu Feng smiled as he looked at his nervous mother. He took a breath and stabbed the three-eyed bear's neck with kunai, and its viral life was extinguished, leaving behind a dark yellow spirit ring. 

He crossed his legs and proceeded to absorb the yellow spirit ring for his Triple-pointed Kunai. A powerful spirit power suddenly entered his blood vessels, causing him pain. Liu Feng squeezed his fists in determination to absorb the spirit ring, his face contorted with pain.

'No!, I have to stop him...' When Liu Erlong watched her son in pain, she grew concerned and wanted to intervene, but she didn't because she didn't want her son to feel discouraged because he couldn't obtain his first spirit ring. She merely hoped from the bottom of her heart that Liu Feng not be wounded. 

His first compressed ring in his spiritual sea assisted him in smoothening the three-eyed bear's spirit power, and he eventually vanquished the three-eyed bear's slight presence while totally absorbing the yellow spirit ring. It took half an hour to process, with Liu Erlong's expression becoming worried as the time passed, and she occasionally looked at her son to check how he was doing. 

"I finished!" exclaimed Liu Feng with a girn, and Liu Erlong rushed over to her son, checking his condition with a troubled expression. He smiled at her and held her lovingly, sensing his mother's love for him. 

"Are you okay, son?" Liu Erlong inquired, comforting him. 

"Yeah, I'm fine Mommy, and don't you want to know my first spirit ability?" smirked Liu Feng, eager to demonstrate his first Spirit skill. To demonstrate, Liu Erlong smiled and nodded her head. He moved away from her embrace, summoned his kunai, and swung his right hand fast in the direction of a large tree in front of him. 

"1st Spirit ability- Blink Enhancement"

Triple-pointed kunai vanished and reappeared behind their backs in the middle of the move. When Liu Erlong sensed the kunai, she turned her head with widened eyes, and the entire trunk of the tree was damaged when the kunai stabbed the trunk. The whole process occurred in the blink of an eye, leaving Liu Erlong stunned and staring at her son for an answer as he grinned warily. 

"This Spirit ability enhances my Kunai's strength by up to 5 times, and by chance, my space element is added to the Spirit ability," Liu Feng explained simply to his mother. 

"Haha, I'm not sure what surprises you'll bring in the future, but I have to be ready for my mind not to be shocked by your talent," Liu Erlong replied with a silly smile on her allure face as he shrugged his shoulders. 

"Well, I can't wait to see my Second Spirit Mommy, With my analysis, the lock on my Second Spirit may be open now," Liu Feng exclaimed, eager to find out more. Liu Erlong had already checked his second spirit but had received no findings, so she wanted to see what kind of martial spirit her kid had. 

"No! Why didn't the lock open Mommy?" pouted Liu Feng as he discovered that nothing had changed in his second spirit, while Liu Erlong thought his angry pout quite adorable in heart. 

"OK, no need to rush, my son; you have plenty of time to use your second spirit; For the time being, focus solely on your first spirit," Liu Erlong consoled her son, taking him in her arms and leading him out of the Star Luo Forest. 

"All right, I'll leave that matter Mommy, and I can't wait to practise more from now on hehe," smiled Liu Feng, who had always wanted to study spirit abilities or maybe build his own. 

'I need to hurry to build compressed rings in my spiritual sea,' Liu Erlong thought, recognising her son's terrifying talent. Spirit Hall may try to take him away from her, but she will never allow it. After entering the Blue Tyrant Academy, she decided to form the compressed ring in her Spiritual sea.

"Phew~, I am able to detect the Spiritual Sea but forming a Compressed Ring is difficult, I will try once again" Liu Erlong exhaled in her room, closed her eyes, and sought to compress her spirit power towards her spiritual sea. The fire element entered her spiritual sea with a roaring attitude, which she effectively calmed down and compressed into a ring form thanks to her elemental control practice. 

"It's a success," Liu Erlong stated with a smile, tightening her slender fist, although she wasn't happy about constructing her first compressed ring and planned to test her strength. She arrived at the rocky region, saw a major boulder, and clenched her fist fiercely. 

"1st spirit ability- Fiery dragon fist" 

A fierce fire encircled her fist as she punched the large boulder in front of her, and the impact of her strike caused the boulder to shatter into fragments. When she recalled the punch, noticed the fire gathering around her fist was shaped like a dragon's face, and she finally realised her son's technique would increase the spirit's strength as the compressed rings increased. 

"Very good, then let's try the Nature transformation technique," Liu Erlong stated, her lungs expanding with air and her slightly swollen mouth pointing to the next boulder. A scorching tornado of fire erupted from her mouth and blasted the boulder, leaving red molten rock and ash imprints on it. 

"Just how in the world these amazing techniques were in his spirit," Liu Erlong wondered, but she didn't have time to ponder about it since she knew her genius son would solve the mystery of his spirits in the future with a proud smile on her face. Then she heard footsteps coming in her direction and there was a smile on her allure face when she knew who was coming. 

"Finally, Mommy, you succeeded in forming a compressed ring, and you also learned the nature transformation technique," remarked the golden-haired boy, looking at his mother with ocean-blue eyes. 

"Hehe, not as much as when compared to my adorable son," Liu Erlong replied, wrapping her slender arms around her son. 

"So, when are we going to see Poison Douluo, Mommy?" Liu Feng inquired while wrapped in her loving embrace. 

"We will meet Poison Douluo in the evening in his mansion, he said in his letter," said Liu Erlong, even though she hated to meet him in her situation only he could help him. 

"Then I can't wait to meet him, Mommy," Liu Feng stated solemnly, knowing that establishing a relationship with a Titled Douluo would be beneficial in the future. 

In the evening, a waggon halted at a large mansion, and a worker stood at the gate, greeting the guests, Liu Feng and Liu Erlong, who had come to meet the Poison Douluo Dugu Bo. 

"Mommy, I can walk by myself. You don't need to hold me," Liu Feng said, embarrassed but his mother ignored him and continued walking with the worker. They entered a room where an elderly man with green long hair sat on a chair, gazing at them with deadly emerald eyes. 

'His entire body is poisoned,' thought Liu Feng when he saw Dugu Bo and Liu Erlong also detected the poison in his body. She was shocked and thought it was because of the Compressed ring that she was able to find the poison.

"So what the slaughter corner of the Golden Iron Triangle wants to meet me, even though you should enjoy your time with your newly adopted son," Dugu Bo grumbled as he sat back in his chair. 

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Poison Douluo Dugu Bo and I came to find you for a request," Liu Erlong remarked, holding back her rage when she heard the adopted word. 

"Oh! That's unusual for you to request something from me, and tell me what you want, Liu Erlong," Dugu Bo responded, intrigued by her request. 

"Well, actually, I want you to help me hunt a 100,000-year-old Soul beast, and it won't be free; I will give you 20,000 and 10,000-year-old Spirit bones for this request Poison Douluo," Liu Erlong said. Dugu Bo was stunned and immediately checked Liu Erlong to see if she had reached the peak of Spirit Douluo rank. 

"You don't need to check My mother's spirit rank because she didn't reach that rank, but we are asking for your help in the future," Liu Feng stated when he sensed Dugu Bo's attentiveness. 

"Hehe you have some guts kid," laughed Dugu Bo, who was annoyed when he was caught by a child.
