Peaceful Days, Part 2

A new day had arrived. Lunchtime.

Yuuto sat in his usual spot, tapping his pen rhythmically against the desk. Before him lay a blank sheet of paper, where words should have been—lines meant to build an Anti-NTR fiction. But instead of the story flowing, the page remained stubbornly empty, staring back at him in defiance.

'Today, I'll go to Sakura's house. I'll get the details about that mixer—whether she's up for it or not. If I'll have to fight her family for that information, so be it.' His eyes flicked toward Shun, who was absorbed in conversation with Riko, his girlfriend. 'What that gorilla said to cuck yesterday... it felt too sudden. Something serious went down.' His brow furrowed. 'And today too, Sakura's not at school, and that groupie of his, Konro... Maybe I'll interrogate him, instead? Since there's no way Sendo will spill anything considering he's blindly loyal to his Aniki.'

He shifted in his seat, irritated, recalling Sakura's words and the promise he'd made. To be nicer. '...I really haven't followed up on that promise from yesterday.' His eyes returned to the blank page of his fanfiction.

'...Pfft, well, it doesn't matter now. She doesn't know my secret after all. I thought she did, but it was just a misunderstanding. I can go back to being myself.' He expected to feel relieved, but instead, a knot of irritation twisted in his gut. He clicked his tongue quietly, annoyed at the feeling.

Across from him, Riko and Shun kept chatting, but every so often, Riko's gaze drifted toward Yuuto, her brow arching with curiosity.

"Hey, Sakurai," Riko called out, pulling both Yuuto's and Shun's attention.

"...What do you want, cuckold-maker?" Yuuto sighed, peeking over his glasses with a deadpan stare.

"I'm thinking about getting glasses. What's your number (glasses prescription number)?" she asked bluntly, her gaze locked onto his.

Yuuto froze, a jolt of panic shooting through him.

His glasses were fake. There was no prescription. No number.

'DAMN IT!' he thought, his mind racing. 'I NEVER THOUGHT ANYONE WOULD ACTUALLY ASK ME THAT!!'

"It's something really low, right?" Riko murmured, leaning closer, her eyes narrowing. "Considering there's not even a slight distortion in your lenses..."

Shun tilted his head in curiosity, following her lead. "Oh yeah, even low prescriptions have that slight distortion when you look through them from the other side." He tapped his chin thoughtfully.

"Exactly, Shun... and Sakurai's don't." Riko rested her elbow on Shun's desk, her half-lidded eyes locking onto Yuuto's. "It's almost as if..."

'...!!!'

"...Your glasses are fake or something," she whispered, her voice laced with subtle accusation.

"But, it's not like you would wear FAKE GLASSES or anything, right? That'd be weird, even for you... You wouldn't be hiding something, right? Ha... Ha." Riko gave a slow, deliberate laugh, but her expression stayed sharp. She meant business.

And that man knew.

He knew that if he were caught wearing fake glasses, he would be branded a weirdo forever. And for someone who didn't want to be noticed, who wanted to stay hidden, to keep anyone from connecting the dots about his alleged second identity... this was nothing short of a crisis. An elaborate excuse would be needed to escape unscathed.

BUT YUUTO SAKURAI IS NOT THAT MAN!!!

Being labeled a weirdo? Being shunned further? That was exactly what he aimed for. THE FREAK.

"Yeah, they're fake," Yuuto said with a nonchalant shrug, slipping his glasses off and handing them to Shun and Riko. "I like pretending I'm Cark Klent from Supremehuman-Hero Man." He dropped the glasses into Shun's hands, meeting Riko's sharp gaze with a smirk. Her subtle grin vanished instantly, replaced by a raised brow.

"Great observational skills, Cuckold-maker. I must be a real treat to look at if you noticed something that subtle, huh?" Yuuto added, his grin deepening as he watched a vein pop on Riko's forehead, her expression twisting into a silent snarl.

"What's the matter?" he teased, tilting his head smugly. "Thinking about cucking your boyfriend with me this time?"

Riko's eyes narrowed into slits, venom lacing her voice as she grabbed Shun's arm. "Shun, let's eat lunch outside. I want to barf."

Shun scrambled to put Yuuto's glasses back on the table before following Riko out of the classroom, her grip tight around his arm.

Yuuto leaned back in his chair, draping his arms over the sides as if he were a king on a throne. 'I mean, I removed my photo from my website. When I met cuck the first time as the African mixer attendant, I wore a muscle suit and sunglasses. I've lost absolutely nothing from this reveal.'

His smirk widened in triumph as he placed the fake glasses back on, savoring the narrowed stares from the other students. With a content sigh, he sprawled out lazily in his seat, limbs relaxed and mind at ease.

'But the fact she asked about it and acted as if she knew I was hiding something... That cuck... He must've told her something, huh?' He thought, his eyes narrowing momentarily. 'I'll need to look into that, too.'

"Another one of your fetishes, huh, pillow?" Miyuki spat, lounging back in her seat, arms crossed, her smug voice amplified by the giggles of her friends gathered around her table.

"Yeah," Yuuto answered without missing a beat, tilting his head as he adjusted his glasses with a casual flick of his fingers. He met her gaze head-on, unfazed.

"I like to pretend I'm someone else all the time, blowjob queen," he added slyly as he glanced at her choker, his lips curling slightly.

Miyuki's creeping smirk faltered, giving way to a pensive expression as her eyes locked with his through the lenses.

"Oh shit... He actually insulted her this time..."

"He's done for!" Her friends murmured.

Memories flashed in her mind—how he'd pushed her buttons until she spat at him in rage. How, when no one else was looking, he tossed the napkin he used to collect her spit she thought he'd kept into the trash. Later, having falsely claimed to have sold it to the highest bidder.

Her friends continued giggling, eager for the inevitable verbal and most definitely physical brutalization Miyuki would lay upon that weirdo's head.

"Man, that pillow always finds a way to be weird..." one of them whispered, biting back a laugh.

"Fake glasses? Seriously...? At this point, he's gone beyond weird. Maybe we should report him to the asylum services," another sneered.

Yet Miyuki remained silent, her gaze steady, lost in thought as she looked into his eyes.

Yuuto leaned back slightly, still holding her gaze, interpreting her quiet as a challenge.

Yuuto held her gaze, waiting, anticipating the usual sneer or taunt.. Or even expecting it to escalate to a scuffle. But Miyuki did nothing. Her calm stare carried a strange intensity that unsettled him, creeping into the edges of his thoughts. The silence stretched, coiling tighter around him.

With a sharp click of his tongue, Yuuto snapped his head forward, breaking eye contact.

'Hmph,' he grunted internally, irritation gnawing at him as he clenched his fist under the desk; recalling that hint of softness in her gaze. 'Whatever.'

Miyuki let out a brief sigh. "Ah, I see," she murmured at Yuuto's statement. Then, with a lazy turn of her head, she leaned back against her chair, seeming completely unbothered.

"Miyu-miyu, you good?" one of her friends asked, eyeing her in disbelief. No one expected Miyuki to let the school's infamous weirdo off without a word.

"H-he just swore at you... called you that—"

"Ahh, ahh! Shut it, you lot," Miyuki groaned, cutting them off. "If I lashed out at everyone who called me that..."

The group fell silent.

Because they knew—no one, not a single person, had ever dared say anything like that to her face. Miyuki knew that too, as she stared blankly at the room, a loss for words.

After a moment, Miyuki stretched her legs out, lazily kicking her feet onto the desk. "Either way, I'm super tired. Wake me when the teacher shows up."

Yuuto grunted to himself, glancing her way again, puzzled by her unexpected calm.

"What are you looking at, PILLOW!?" one of the girls snapped, glaring at Yuuto.

Miyuki remained unfazed, teetering on the edge of sleep; her blonde-dyed hair with black edges cascading behind her seat's backrest.

Yuuto, expression deadpan, replied, "I was just wondering how a human eggplant could exist. And then I saw your face."

"You son of a bitch!" the girl yelled, hurling a pencil case at him. Yuuto blocked it effortlessly with his palm.

"That could've seriously hurt someone, Eggplant. Tsk, tsk," he said, shaking his head mockingly.

"You fucker! Too bad it didn't hit you harder!" she growled, fists clenched.

"Face of an idol, personality of a trash can," another girl muttered, rolling her eyes. "Where's that asylum again?"

"Face of an idol," Another one scoffed, "He probably uses a fake face too or a shitload of makeup," They began dissing him.

"Man… you'd think they'd be used to him by now," one student sighed as he glanced from the other side of the classroom.

"Yeah. He pissed me off at first, but isn't that just how he is? A scumbag? Just ignore him." Another student let out an even deeper sigh, resigned.

Yuuto smirked knowingly at himself. That despised image of him—the scumbag, the weirdo—was now etched in everyone's minds. From now on, every time those words came up, they'd think of him. Exactly as intended.

Minutes later, the class settled down as the teacher strode in, his expression stern and unyielding. But what truly stole everyone's breath was the figure that followed him.

Shiyon.

He stood at the front of the class, gaze sharp and unwavering, the same serious look that hadn't been seen in over two years.

"H-Holy shit..." murmured one student.

"Look at him... He hasn't looked like this since the turf wars."

"It's like those days are back," another whispered, voices buzzing with disbelief.

Yuuto's eyes narrowed, locking onto Shiyon. 'That organ harvester...' he thought, suspicion flaring. 'Something's off.'

Shiyon's face was void of emotion—eyes vacant, dull like a lifeless fish, with most of his gaze concealed beneath his brow.

"Silence," Shiyon commanded. The authority in his voice brought every student to heel without question. Even Gon lowered his head, subdued and silent in their seats.

"As you're likely aware, an incident occurred over the weekend," Shiyon began, his tone cold and precise, every word deliberate. "Two parties from INK's student groups were involved. One incident with Sato-chun's group and the Culture Club, and another downtown—Gon-chun, Kon-chun, and Sen-chun, along with three girls. Two of those girls, first-years, have gone missing."

The teacher cast a quiet glance at Yuuto, the delinquent he despised most. His gaze lingered, mind turning. 'That ruffian… He was with Sato-kun's group, wasn't he? Yet he seems oddly composed,' he mused, comparing Yuuto's calm demeanor with Gon's defeated posture and Shun's anxious fidgeting, comforted only by his girlfriend's presence.

But Yuuto remained unaffected, as if the events were just another part of his day.

'Blue Envelope,' the teacher thought, recalling the details from Yuuto's file. 'The elite school he once attended… an elite dropout.' He hummed thoughtfully, filing the information away.

The room buzzed with hushed conversations.

A student whispered. "It can't be connected, right? Those two were so far away from each other..."

"Who the hell would dare FUCK with us? Hurt our students?" another student hissed, voice heated with anger.

Miyuki, Riko, and Shun exchanged brief glances at Yuuto.

'Now that I think about it... That guy… He was with Shun and the others in the Culture Club, right? He's so calm...' Miyuki leaned back in her seat, her thoughts swirling with unease.

"Enough. Everyone…" Shiyon's voice cut through the hum of the room, but the whispers continued.

"Someone fucking targeted us. It has to be that!" a student hissed.

"Those bastards have no idea who they messed wi—"

BOOM.

The deafening impact of Shiyon's fist against the chalkboard cracked it down the middle, silencing the class instantly. Everyone jumped, startled by the sudden sound.

"I told you to be silent, didn't I?" Shiyon's voice was low, almost a whisper, yet it carried the weight of resignation and authority. His face remained blank, devoid of emotion, as though his anger had burned out long ago, leaving only cold embers.

The silence was absolute—no student dared breathe too loudly, and even the teacher hesitated to intervene.

'It might seem like he's reverted to those days,' the teacher mused, reading the silent fear and reluctant respect in the students' eyes as they watched Shiyon. 'But if that were really the case...' He swallowed hard, the thought knotting in his throat. 'He wouldn't have stopped at the chalkboard. He's holding himself back.'

A flicker of sympathy crossed his mind. 'The poor kid… He's carrying immense pressure on his shoulders, trying to keep it all bottled up. I shall talk to him afterward,' The teacher resolved.

"Coincidences happen," Shiyon said, withdrawing his fist from the broken board. Not even a bruise marked his knuckles. "But this isn't a coincidence. We're being targeted. And unless we act… we won't be safe."

'That bastard must have known everything down to the wire days ago. Considering that Gorrila is his groupie and has Sendo's loyalty, he probably knows everything that happened.' Yuuto thought, his gaze locked onto Shiyon.

He replayed the memory of Shiyon's aloof demeanor from the previous day, back when Gon had spoken with Shun. 'So, this must be a calculated act to get everyone in line. But on the off chance he really does have emotions, he must've kept his frustration bottled up... Letting himself act cheerful until it was time to make the call.'

A vivid flash of memory hit Yuuto—Shiyon's bloodied form at the resort.

'What's certain is that something happened behind the scenes before this announcement.'

'Damn it. I need to find out what happened to that gorilla and Sakura—faster than I thought.' Yuuto's fist twitched involuntarily, a brief betrayal of the tension simmering beneath his calm exterior.

His mind flashed back to the conversation with the police officer after returning from the resort, the officer assuring him it was nothing more than a simple brawl. 'That bastard didn't even mention two girls were missing...!'

Shiyon then stepped forward, commanding the front of the room.

"That's why I'm making this declaration." His voice grew louder, though his eyes didn't meet those of the students. He seemed to be staring past them, at something only he could see.

"I hereby reinstate the Disciplinary Committee."

"And the terms are effective immediately." Shiyon's gaze swept across the room. The classroom fell into stunned silence, as though a spell had been cast over them.

'The terms...?' Yuuto mused, his brow slightly furrowing. 'This feels less like a club reinstatement and more like a foreign occupation. We in Nazi Germany, or something?'

"The Disciplinary Committee...? Fuck me..." Miyuki murmured under her breath, narrowing her eyes as she processed the weight of the announcement. From the adjacent seat, a close friend reached out, gripping her palm tightly.

"Miyu-miyu..." her friend whispered, her voice wavering, nearly cracking under the tension.

"Don't worry." Miyuki's gaze stayed locked on Shiyon, her voice steady as she squeezed her friend's hand in reassurance. "I'll protect you."

Nearby, Riko murmured, "Shun..." as she clasped Shun's hand tightly. He responded in kind, his grip firm, gathering himself.

Gon sat motionless, head bowed, his fingers entwined as if trying to hold himself together. His brow furrowed deeply in silence.

Shiyon's eyes finally landed on Yuuto, cold and unwavering; devoid of the playfulness he always had whenever he looked his way.

"And… we'll need members," Shiyon concluded, his gaze lingering on Yuuto.

'Do whatever you want, Harvester,' Yuuto thought, locking eyes with him, his gaze sharp and unfazed. 'Just stay out of my way…'

'... And I won't remind you how that last beatdown felt.' His lips twitched slightly. Yet this time, there was no smirk.

Sorry, I know it's been a while! I hope you enjoyed reading!
