Chapter 100 - Impact

The fall of the Golem of the Obelisks is accompanied by a deafening crash, which reverberates off the walls of the majestic hall. 

The water churns with the impact, sending waves spreading out like rings.

Rylan, who is still clinging to the Golem's back, is thrown through the air like a rag doll, crashing into a pile of vegetation as he falls to the ground. 

Kaito uses the little time he has to retrieve his sword, but Kalen doesn't wait for Kaito's orders and charges forward with his silver sword now engulfed in blue flames to try and attack the monster's joints. In the newcomer's mind, taking off a boss's arm is already a great achievement. So Kalen's blade slashes down with force, embedding itself in the stones that make up the creature's body, but when he looks at the boss and sees Kalen doing it, Kaito's eyes go wide.

"Kalen, get away now! He's going to release energy from his core!" Kaito shouts.
