Irrelevant Matters

Steffan's expression was filled with disappointment as he stared at Dr Sullivan.

"Are you saying that it was a mere assumption when you said that my friend was impotent?"

"Yes, it was a mistake, and I don't know how I will be able to face the other person. I was so carried away that I said so many shameful things to her,"

"That's your shit to sort out, Chief."

Steffan stamped down his frustration as he left Dr Sullivan's office.

If not that the person before him was an elder, he would have punched him in the face directly. Why would he arrive at such a baseless conclusion when he was supposed to know better?

Is it because his age is getting the better of him? Even then, he wasn't that old for starters. He was barely sixty and already behaving like a demented old man

On the other hand, Steffan couldn't suppress the joy in his heart when he got to know that Shawn was okay in that aspect.
