when sonu return form dwarika he started talking to system which he doesn't used in this hole time.

After doing this sonu sat on his chair and wait for his customer, after some time he said karna go and see what is happening in badi Hawali. after that a customer came to sonu chember and said doctor sahab i have the problem in walking, then he said because your bone losing his calcium .

then patient said any cure for that, sonu then given him a bone rejuvenating pill which help his bone to regain the state when they were in prime.

After taking the pill patient feels good and said his problem also gone then keep thanking sonu . Then given sonu fee 200 rupees and leaved . sonu doesn't know patient is one of the rich person of jaipur.

After karna comes to sonu and said their was going on some short arrangements like decorations of house like that when I asked then said "sugna beti ki shadi hai kal" then sonu said it is not a problem and keep an eye on them if you see people wo have bad intention just break their bones and leave.
