Awero and Aina in the Village Market

Hectic and clumsy activities in Ajero market square was actually drawing closer to the point of winding up when Awero and Aina eyed each other at a distance. It was a complete unaffectionate eye contact. Awero and Aina who had not been in good time for over a decade seemed to exercise wariness not to come into contact with each other so as to avoid any possible public and encounter.

Ajero market was a famous market in the six geocultural villages where Alapa happens to be the head. This market was located as the outskirt of Alapa village with countless number of stalls owned by famous market moguls to their names. Every sun rise and sun set, people from all six villages came into contact to transact business of their choice.

As soon as daybreak emerged,it was always a kind of inhalted struggles in Ajero market with longing sights written on people's faces hoping to catch the best of all transactions before the day would close in. Everyone tended to mind his or her business any time they dashed into the market. People patronizing Ajero market hardly beamed with smiles just in the name of mind your business. Their euthusiasm accompanied with strange determination made activities in Ajero market to appear like a do or die affair.

Although each village has its own market square, none of them was as big and organized as the popular in Alapa village. People of different kinds from different cultural backgrounds met at Ajero market. Panhandlers were not exempted because they also had their own business to carryout in every market they visited. Ajero market was known for its largest size and elegant structure among all other markets owned by the smaller villages within it territorial zone.

Awero was in this market she came to purchase vegetables for herself and her son, it was in this hetic condition she spotted Aina, she was two stall away from her. She wanted to go great her, but she stopped, and remembered that they were both not on good terms and she doesn't know if she has put the past behind her by now, it was at this moment that Aina also spotted her and they both made an eye contact. Aina went over to meet her enimesry. and so the fight beginnings.

"You this evil woman, you and your late husband stole the only piece of land my late husband left for me and my only child, and you still have the balls to call me your friend?" Aina said with and angry tune.

Every one in the market abandoned thier wares to witness the exchange of words between the two women.

"Aina please leave me alone today I didn't come to fight with you today, and please let's stop this drama we are performing her, look around you and see the amount of people that have gathered here to witness this , please let's wait for the King and the council dission."

"I know that will be your response, because you have also bribed the Council in your evil affairs?"

Awero doesn't want Aina to ruin the remaining time she has to spend in Ajero market so she left her in continuating her ranting. And wait for the King judgement on the matter.
