Chapter 67- Talia – No Longer in Danger Volume 3

I couldn't really believe it was over. It had all happened so fast. The others had gone to hide in the cave and were safe, but in my opinion, they didn't need to hide. Unless the hound would have gone straight for them instead of me.

I'm not convinced that's the case, though. With all that happened in that swift fight with the hound, I sensed that I was missing something. That there was something in the way the hound behaved that I wasn't seeing just yet.

"Queen Talia?" I heard a slightly wavering voice call out to me and knew who it was immediately. 

"It's OK, Acacius. The hell hound has been restrained."

"I see that." He commented, but he clearly didn't want to come any closer. He and the rest of the citizens who left the cave were staying way back.
