{Transfer Week News: Opening of the transfer window!}

{Like promised, the transfer window has been opened again and it will be held for a duration of 1 week which is the transfer week.}

{During the start of all the professional leagues, for weeks, the transfer window was open for all teams to get players to properly build their teams for the inaugural league seasons but this is not how it is done normally.}

{To fix this problem, a meeting was held among the footballing advisors of UPEFA and the transfer window was closed for some time.}

{Recently, we made another meeting to address this problem again and we came to a decision to open the transfer window for this week.}

{During this week, all transfer negotiations and decisions are to be made.}

{It will last from Sunday, 4th September to Sunday, 11th September.}
