The question

I laid my back at the bathroom door while Dav kept tapping on it, whispering words of forgiveness. If only he tried to reason what he said to me the previous night, he wouldn't have the morale to apologize.

I noticed that the things needed for my bath were already in the bathroom. Letting out a sigh, I locked the door and got rid of my clothes. Afraid that Dav might break the door open, I had a hurried bath. I wore back the clothes I removed, the last thing I would want is for Dav to see my bare body.

I gave off another sigh as I tried to prepare myself to face Dav. I knew that the moment I opened that door, Dav would rush to me and continue with his non-sincere words of apology.

Anyways, I couldn't remain there since it would do me no good if I continue to hide from him. All I needed was a strong mind and moxie.

I slowly opened the door, of course, Dav did what I had expected him to do. He even placed his godforsaken hands on my waist as he tried to apologize.
