Overlooking a part of the city, a lone woman stood in satisfaction as she watched Rouge interact with the twins that he had been traveling with for a while. She knew that it was dangerous for her to be this close to the man that she swore to herself she would protect on behalf of Maira, but with the way that the said man was acting, she had no choice but to intervene lest he ended up being a victim to this city's resident anti-robbery system.

Seriously, she didn't know what the people of Allegra were thinking before it was assimilated into the Empire, but the fact that the Nulla still existed despite attempts at dispelling it was a testament to how effective it was.
