Nian Yuyu and Jiang Jingyun arrived quite early. It wasn't even eight o'clock yet, not the peak time for bars.
But maybe because the bar had a sign for a "Hot Men's Show" this evening, which was quite catchy, most of the seats were already taken.
On the stage, a young girl wearing a beret held a guitar and sang a sentimental love song. The bartenders behind the bar casually juggled cocktail shakers as if they were circus performers.
Without the glitzy lights or neon signs, the atmosphere was warm and harmonious, just like a down-to-earth lounge bar.
Nian Yuyu looked around and then at Jiang Jingyun beside her.
Jiang Jingyun knew what she was thinking and raised an eyebrow, "It's not time yet."
After speaking, she took out her phone and made a call.
Soon, she hung up the phone and turned to Nian Yuyu, "I have a friend who booked a booth; shall we go and join them for a bit?"
It wasn't cost-effective for just the two of them to book a booth on their own.
