Olivia Jenkins' expression was indifferent, an air of cool arrogance flittering across the corners of her lips.

"Just nonsense from a moment of desperation, you shouldn't take it to heart"

"Am I to understand that it's a given for Mrs. Olivia Marshall to take advantage of me? Are you implying that you want to bear me a child?" Daniel Marshall asked, the corner of his mouth twitching upwards, an ambiguous smirk on his face.

His gaze didn't waver, still deeply focussed on Olivia Jenkins.

Olivia Jenkins' bright eyes flickered as she shrugged nonchalantly, "I have no intentions of bearing your child nor do I have any such thoughts. You refuse to divorce yet you won't allow me to mention the name 'Daniel', isn't that a bit barbaric?"

"Be it good or bad, you're the one who has the final say. What else can I say?"
