Fact

"The books say that you had long since gone from the mortal world. They claimed that you ascended to a higher plane, along with all the other immortals of old. Is this not true?" Morticia asked Vlad, her curiosity evident for all to see.

Vlad often wondered how and why he was able to do the things that he could do, without once being truly questioned for them. Even when he allowed himself to be seen, people rarely approached.

Not unless they were incredibly brave.

However, that, coupled with the fact that the Addams simply believed his statement of being one of the most feared entities to ever be documented, made him wonder just how high his charm stat had to be, that it would allow him to get everyone around him to do exactly what he wanted them to do and believe what he wanted them to believe.

Not like he would complain, though. It is incredibly convenient to have the ability to move the world with a simple look.

'Must be the perks of being a Prince', was the most logical conclusion Vlad could draw.

"Unless it is a memoir written by the individual in question, though sometimes even then, it is rare that history is accurately presented to the younger generations. What ever you have heard of myself or those who walked the world when I did, I doubt more than the bare minimum is factual. However, fear not, I will gladly tell you everything you wish to know...another time. For now, you have a parent's day to attend and I have some lurking to do. Too-da-loo." And with that, Vlad once again let the shadows flow out of his being, blocking the sight of all in the vehicle, even Lurch who was driving, for a brief moment, and disappeared along with the returning of the light.

Morticia, Gomez, Pugsley, and Lurch sat in the abruptly stopped car at the entrance to the gates that led to the academy, in silence.

A silence that remained unbroken, until one of them had to blink. Then, the three in the back looked into the eyes of one another. Well, the older two looked. Pugsley just sat there blinking quickly, his mind undoubtedly filled with mysterious and profound thoughts, should Vlad be the judge. However, only Pugsley truly knew what Pugsley truly knew.

"What a nice, young man," Morticia was the first to speak.

Her hand made its way in front of mouth as she produced a slight smile.

Gomez looked slightly affronted.

"Querida Mia, I'm pretty sure if what he said is true, he's older than you."

Morticia seemed thoughtful for a moment. A very short moment, before she once again smiled, though wider than before. "But his face looked very young. And he seems to want to date our Wednesday. Of course he's a young man," she finished. Seemingly proud of her reasoning.

"Your brilliance is only eclipsed by your beauty," Gomez provided taking her hands in his own and peppering her cheek and neck with quick kisses.

Truly they were a perfect match. A match perfectly reflected by their ability to think rationally.

Vlad could not help but give them a silent nod of acknowledgement from where he was invisibly seated directly in front of them.

His eyes shifted to the younger of the three for a brief moment.

He is a decisive individual. Normally, when he has a curiosity of even the slightest inclination, he would act. No matter how it inconvenienced the other party. Despite that, he was also a warrior. One with instincts honed through battle and blood spilled by his very hands, feet, and teeth. It was these instincts that were warning him that taking a look into the mind of the Pugsley was a bad move...but he swerved on those, along with the voice of Dominic Toretto, and gave a quick scan of the youngest Addams mind.

As Vlad floated just below the clouds, pondering the meaning of life, he began to question the meaning of the words right, wrong, good, and bad.

In truth, he had never really given them much thought, even when he was a full-on human. They were like, guidelines or suggestions, more than rules. So he just formed his own viewpoints.

However, he went against the Dao of Toretto. He should've known no good would come of it. One wrong does not make a right. Yea, he knows quotes.

He allowed himself to get swept away in his musings, letting time flow by outside of his perspective.

He knew he would have stayed like this. Just floating, pondering, and wasting time on a fruitless endeavor, however something caught his attention.

A movement.

In the Force?

Nope.

On the ground.

A movement that threatened to interrupt a hearty feast, and also prove to embarrass his paramour and her family.

Not on his watch.

He narrowed his eyes and with a hardened tone, spoke out as he dove to the ground miles below, "Pugsley, do your worst."
