Start of preparations

After their introductions were made the briefing flowed fast. It was a simple briefing about the job in question. Simply put Alex was assigned as the leader of Alisa's personal guards. 

The three B-rank mercs did not argue with the decision to make Alex the leader as he was the highest-ranked mercenary among them, not to mention his impressive resume. Edward wanted to say something but he held himself back. 

Aside from that, Alex was also assigned as Alisa's self-defense teacher, and he was also the one to tell her stories about the battlefield. It was at this time Edward finally spoke up. 

"Can't we all tell Miss Alisa stories about the battlefield? Surely more stories are better, also I'm sure some of us have experienced some things even an S-rank hasn't experienced."

The others agreed to help tell Alisa stories. Edward also did not expect that Alex would agree so easily.
