When the director came back from doing his business, he found that the little tail wasn't standing in front of the bathroom door. He had thought that the next moment after hearing the sound of the door unlocking, the wolf would wake up and come to him. But patient 17 didn't, which made him feel surprised.
He chuckled and said, "So you really are a selfish little brat, huh?"
He casually looked at the place where he had placed the sleeping pup.
There was no one there.
A frown crossed his forehead as he stared at that area for a long time. His heart thumped in his chest, and he felt a bad premonition in his heart, but he suppressed the sinking feeling and walked over.
"Patient 17, where are you?" He went and searched every corner of his room, where the little thing liked to hide. "This isn't funny. Come out."
But there was no sound. No trace of the wolf either.
