The next morning, Jeremiah squinted as sunlight seemed to stream in through the curtains of the glass doors. Obviously must have some magic to mimic the day-night cycle of the surface, he thought to himself. He looked down and saw Sara laying her head against his chest, nuzzled against him, curled up and seeming to be sleeping soundly. He felt his heart swell with such an intense feeling, looking at her like this.
“She’s so beautiful…” he said quietly, wanting to not wake her up just yet. He saw a small smile on her face after he said that as her eyes fluttered open, and she shifted to look up at him.
“So are you…I’ve been up for a few minutes I think, you’re just…really cozy.” She slowly sat up and stretched a bit, “And goddess I slept amazing, but I still feel so sore…we got a bit intense, huh?” She said with a blush, “Was that ok?”
