"Whoa...it's global," I gasped, before turning to face Natha. "Isn't it?"
"We're about seventy percent convinced," Natha nodded. "Eruha is looking in that direction right now."
Wow, wow, wow! Damn--they even bonded with my enemies? I should slap that freaking nightmare at least three times as a greeting later.
"Sure, you can do that. But finish your meal first for now," Natha stroked the back of my head. "Don't forget your drink."
"Oh, did I say that out loud?"
"Yep!" Zia giggled again, breaking the tense atmosphere. Even Malta smiled slightly. "Anyway, let's not talk about those things right now. You're just waking up, you know."
But I was curious! I pursed my lips at her nagging, but also realized my emotions had been spiking up and dropping down throughout this conversation, so I still agreed in the end. It wasn't like I could do anything with my conditions.
