Plagg x Kwami! Reader

Your eyes opened for the first I've in uears. Light seeped through them. "Huh?"

A burst of light was projected in front of you. It was like watching a movie. You saw Haily. (Random name, if it's yours, change it!).

She was handing Master Fu something. It looked like your box. She had tears running down her cheeks.

You tried calling out to her, but you couldn't.

The light faded, revealing the darkness of your box. You remembered. She returned you.

Tears dripped down your blue body.

Footsteps sounded. You stopped your weeping and wiped your eyes. "Could it be...?"

A bright light flooded your vision. It wasn't like the projector, but an actual light. A hand reached inside the box.

"Be careful, Adrien. (Y/n) is very fragile."

You furrowed your brows. The hand that reached into the box grabbed you. It picked up up and eyes peered at you.

Your breathing hitched. This wasn't Haily. Who was he?

Through your peripheral vision, you could make out the figure of Master Fu. He was watching you carefully. The hands around you turned to meet his gaze.

"Hi there, (Y/n). Remember me?"

You nodded your head, your feathers bobbing in front of your eyes. The old man smiled and said, "Great. There's somebody I'd like you to meet." He motioned for the hands to reverse you back.

Now you were facing the person holding you. It was a blonde male with emerald eyes. He smiled at you.

"Hi, (Y/n). I'm Adrien. I'll be your holder from now on."

You panicked.

A familiar black kwami flew out from behind the boy's shoulder. Your eyes widened. You tried to race up to him, but failed.

"Plagg!"

His eyes met yours. Your powers were weak. You couldn't get up.

"What-what happened to me?!", you asked him. Plagg scratched the back of his neck and averted his gaze. "You can tell her.", Master Fu said.

"Tell me what?", you questioned them. Plagg sighed and said, "(Y/n), when Haily brought you back, Hawkmoth got her. She works under his authority now. She was moving and had to return you." It all suddenly clicked.

Tears stinger your eyes. You wiped them before anyone noticed. "But, what about the others?", you asked.

Again, Plagg scratched his neck. "They, umm, were trapped. Hawkmoth has them too. You're the only one that escaped." You stared at him.

Plagg flew over to you. He extended his arms and enveloped you in a tight embrace. "I missed you, (Y/n)...", he mumbled into your ear.

You leaned on his chest, heaving a great sigh. "But, why? Why me?!" You began crying into his chest.

Plagg held you close. "I...told her to." You stopped crying.

"You what...?"

"I told Haily to save you. (Y/n), you have so much power thst you don't even know about. We can't afford to lose-" You cut him off. "So I had more power?! And you were just going to use me?!"

Plagg let go of his hold on you. He looked down in shame. "That's not what I meant. (Y/n)...there's so much I want to tell you."

"Then tell me.", you bluntly said. Plagg's eyes widened. His mouth hung agape.

He regained his composure and cleared his throat. "Fine then.", he started. "I love you."

"And everything about you. While you were in your box, I nearly went insane. I missed you terribly to the point to where I was imagining you were Camembert! The world is so much different. There are so many places I want to show you. I love you...(Y/n)."

He brought his head up. You gasped at his answer. "I-I don't know what to say..."

"Say you'll be my kwami. Plagg will be there. We need you, (Y/n).", you heard. Your head turned to Adrien who was staring at you. "I-I..."

You looked at Plagg.

"Fine, I'll go."

Plagg hugged you. You smiled for the first time in years. Adrien carried you both away from the safety of Master Fu's place.

You and Plagg were holding hands, catching up with each other. It felt nice to be with him again. You started feeling sleepy, so you rested your head on Plagg's shoulder.

"I...love you...Plagg."
