193. The World Over Heaven

The group stood before DIO, trembling in fear, as The Reverse-Flash loomed behind them, making sure that they wouldn't attack DIO. They stood on the icy tundras of a vast and cold desert with large Northern Lights waving above them.

"Kono DIO da! As they say it in the Japanese language... I, DIO!!! I, DIO!!! I AM DIO!!!" yelled DIO, as he stood before the group.

The group stared at DIO with contempt.

"Well!? How does it feel to have failed? To have been baited into this trap of mine? Jotaro is now dead... and Polnareff is coming this way to save your foolish asses..." sneered DIO.

"Jotaro-san is alive!" yelled Josuke. "LIAR!!!"

"I've seen him with Phantom of the Opera and saw him drown in the ocean..." said DIO.

"How are you still alive!?" asked Koichi. "You should be dead! Jotaro killed you!"

"I am not the DIO that Jotaro killed... I am the DIO that a previous Jotaro killed from the now-destroyed Prime Universe. I came back through the Dragon Balls... Which I have destroyed... Then I traveled into your world to find the Ark of the Covenant of your world, which I used to gain Heaven for myself." sneered DIO. "Where is that fool Okuyasu I've heard about?"

"He's dead, Lord DIO. I've successfully killed him," said DIO.

"Great job, Eobard..." sneered DIO.

Okuyasu's body was buried somewhere in the jungle as a flower grew on top of the soil.

"Good job..."

Jotaro played with Irene on the beach. She made a sandcastle and placed some rocks on top of it. Irene is about seven years old around this time...

"Daddy... Why do you always leave for work?" asked Irene.

"I'm trying to protect people," smiled Jotaro, patting Irene's head.

"Does Daddy not care about me?"

Jotaro stares at Irene.

"Daddy does, sweetheart. It's just that he's trying to protect people..."

*ring ring*

"Wait... Daddy has to take this call..." said Jotaro, as he opened his phone. "Moshi Moshi? This is Kujo Jotaro. Ah... Josuke? Yes?"

Irene sighs and draws something in the sand.

Suddenly... a small starfish-like creature with a singular eye at the center stared back at her...

Now...

"I, DIO... I, DIO!!!" yelled DIO.

"What do you plan to do anyway? Destroy the Universe? That doesn't make any sense..." said Josuke. "Jotaro said you wanted to rule the world!"

"Yes... a new world... I shall create a new world where everyone from the previous Omniverse is dead... In that new world... I shall rule it... It's a world where everyone in that world knows their fates..."

"That's a world born from blood..." said Mista. "You fucking disgust me..."

"You think this world deserves me to exist within it!? I belong in that world I think of! That perfect world where I belong! A world where no one is cruel! I am a victim of an abusive father! My mother died because of my own father! No one in the world ever truly cared about me! That's why I REJECT MY HUMANITY!!! WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!"

"So was I..." said Giorno.

Everyone turns to Giorno.

"I was also abused by my father... hated by the people around me... lost my mother, who left me... No one truly cared about me either... No one... So I dare say that I belong in that world, too..."

DIO gently smiled and brushed his son's head.

"Boss..." said Mista.

"G-Giorno! Don't say that!" yelled Trish.

Josuke clenched his jaw.

Koichi, however, still saw goodness in Giorno.

"But..."

DIO's eye squints.

"Now... People do care about me... Unlike you... I never became a psychopathic monster who rejects his humanity and would do anything to destroy worlds... I was expecting some form... ANY FORM of humanity in you... But no... You're scum..."

A tear fell on the ground.

Giorno was clenching his fists and bowing his head.

"All I wanted was a father... Now... Now I see you... And you are scum... awful... terrible scum... I can't believe I spent so much time trying to find you. You! Please... It's not too late to-!"

DIO grabs Giorno's neck and lifts him.

"GIORNO!!!" yelled Trish.

"It is... too late... Giorno GIOVANNA!!!" he hissed. "Wrryyyyy... I will kill anyone to get this world... Even my own son... Because I reject my humanity."

"And I reject your reality..." Giorno's eyes widen.

"MUDA!!!"

"MUDA!!!"

The two abilities canceled each other out.

"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA-!!!" yelled Gold Experience Requiem.

A white Stand with a demonic helmet with golden stripes all over floated behind DIO and exchanged fists with Gold Experience Requiem.

"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA-!!!" yelled DIO's Stand, The World Over Heaven.

"WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!" yelled both Stands.

"Why isn't DIO getting erased!?" asked Josuke.

"Giorno's ability is resetting things to zero, which is the erasure of the effect of a certain cause. DIO's ability is to reset anything to one... allowing a new effect to change the cause and replace the previous effect. I dubbed this ability: Reality Overwrite. DIO can change reality as he wished. He could bring anyone into his world any time and anyway... Except for one object... The Holy Corpse Parts...Anything close to the Parts within at least a thousand meters is objects and organisms that DIO cannot take. Since they were scattered all over this planet's two continents... The Corpse Parts are the only things that DIO cannot erase, destroy, nor warp close to himself. That's why you people weren't touched before..."

"Why didn't he attack us before we had the Corpse Parts!?" asked Mista.

"He didn't know you were here... When Fusille died... he sent me and those two idiots to try and kill the assailants... He only figured out when you got the Eyes of Heaven... since you idiots spoke to Gappy, another old assailant of his..."

"Why didn't he teleport to us then!?" asked Mista.

"Because Kujo Jotaro was in the way. We weren't expecting Kujo to gain the Requiem Arrow..." said The Reverse-Flash. "It's as if fate chose Jotaro to gain such power... Copying Stands... tch-..."

*ZOOM*

"They're here..." sneered The Reverse-Flash.

DIO smiled as he teleported behind Giorno and slapped him away with The World Over Heaven.

DIO prepares his Stand.

"DIO!!!" yelled Polnareff.

Paisley Park emerged and blasted Go Beyond's invisible bubbles toward DIO.

"MUDA!!!"

Paisley Park... was erased...

and so was Yasuho...

"YASUHO!!!" yelled Gappy.

Polnareff dodged DIO's punches.

"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!"

Suddenly, The Reverse-Flash charges toward Polnareff as the pair exchanged attacks.

Polnareff ran away as The Reverse-Flash orbits around Polnareff.

*BANG BANG BANG BANG!!!*

Mista shot four bullets by accident. "Shit! Not again!"

*SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT*

However, it managed to shoot DIO.

DIO stops time infinitely.

DIO loomed before Mista as he regenerated from his wounds.

"MUDA!!!"

Time resumed.

Mista drops to the ground as he dusted into nothingness.

"MISTA!!!" yelled Giorno. Giorno slowly tries to stand up, growling. Giorno charges toward DIO, but DIO just slaps him away.

"MUDA!!!"

DIO then blasts his fists into Trish's face and erases her as well.

"TRISH!!!"

"Tch-... You honestly care for these people?" asked DIO. "Please... These people mean nothing... they're not supposed to mean anything... Their lives... are futile..."

*doom*

DIO's hand is crushed into the ground.

"3-FREEZE!!! S-H-I-T!!!"

"MUDA!!!"

DIO erases Koichi as well.

Giorno knelt down and sobbed.

Josuke growled but knew that he shouldn't attack. So he stayed idle.

DIO sighs...

"You must be joking! THEM!? WHY DO YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!? THEY MEAN NOTHING TO YOU, GIORNO!!!"

"I can't... reset time..."

"BECAUSE NOTHING CAN BRING BACK WHAT I ERASED!!! Except probably for the Super Dragon Balls, but I've destroyed the User. But Giorno! You are my son! You are a BRANDO!!! YOU DESERVE TO RULE THE WORLD ALONG WITH ME!!! CAN'T YOU SEE!? HUMANITY IS HOLDING YOU BACK!!! RISE ABOVE HUMANITY, GIORNO... AND JOIN ME!!!"

"Humanity... isn't below you... It's above you... scum..."

"Giorno... You are my son! Your father is I, DIO!!!"

"No... you aren't..." whispered Giorno. "I already had a father."

"And he is gone! Now, where is your family!?"

"With me... My familia... will always be with me..."

"I am Giorno Giovanna... and I am the son of Jonathan Joestar and a Gang-Star... I am human... THROUGH AND THROUGH!!!"

Giorno stands up to DIO.

"I AM NOTHING LIKE YOU!!! HUMANITY IS ABOVE YOU!!! AND I AM MORE HUMAN THAN YOU CAN EVER FUCKING BE!!!"

"PIECE OF DOGSHIT!!!"

"I, Giorno Giovanna, have a dream."

"MUDA!!!" DIO blasts a punch out of irritation.

Giorno blocks his attack with Gold Experience Requiem.

"MUDA!!!" The World Over Heaven blasted its fists toward Giorno.

Giorno exchanged fists with DIO.

DIO sneered. "MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA-!!!"

Giorno sighed. "WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!"

The two Stands blasted their fists at each other.

"YOU COULD'VE BEEN A GOD!!!"

DIO blasted The World's fists and his own toward Giorno, as Giorno blocks the attacks using Gold Experience Requiem.

"WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!" yelled DIO.

Giorno stayed silent as Gold Experience Requiem blasted his fists toward DIO over and over again.

DIO, however, is unimpressed. "HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

DIO flew around as Giorno followed after him.

"What's wrong, old man? Do you fear your own child!?"

"YOU ARE NOT MY CHILD!!! I REJECT YOUR INHERITANCE!!!"

"Exactly!"

"MUDA!!!"

DIO grabs Giorno's throat and sucks his blood woth his claws, but Giorno does the same.

Gold Experience Requiem blasted its fists toward DIO.

Meanwhile...

Polnareff slashed his swords toward The Reverse-Flash over and over.

"HORA HORA HORA!!!"

The Reverse-Flash spins as he blasts his fists toward Polnareff like hammers as Polnareff gracefully spun in the sky and slashed his swords toward The Reverse-Flash.

Polnareff zooms around as he slashes his rapiers toward The Reverse-Flash.

"This... This isn't your real body, isn't it?" asked Polnareff. "You're a Time Remnant..."

The Reverse-Flash's eyes widen.

"Huh... Where is your real body, Eobard Thawne?" Polnareff squinted his eyes.

"Spinning in the eternal abyss of Omnilock... because of the Joestars..." said The Reverse-Flash. "But it's all worth it... For my daughter..."

"I lost my sister..."

"Then you should understand-..."

"But I'm fighting you to honor her... to avenge her... not to bring her back. I don't like playing God and trying to bring back people I loved. Not anymore..."

The Reverse-Flash sighs. "No one ever understands..."

*ZOOM*

*SHING*

Chariot launched its rapier which bounces from the icy ground and into The Reverse-Flash's neck.

"Goodbye, Eobard Thawne..."

The Reverse-Flash's final Time Remnant in this Universe is killed...

Meanwhile...

DIO then headbutts Giorno, as his head bleeds.

DIO then kicked Giorno over and over as Giorno dropped to the ground.

DIO then beats him, blasting his fists repeatedly, breaking Giorno's bones.

"Why... are you... doing this...?"

DIO stops and stares down at Giorno Giovanna.

"I... am... your... son..."

DIO smiles. "Haha... HAHAHAHAHA!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!MUDA!!!"

*SPLAT*

Giorno's blood splatters out from his face.

DIO beats his son over and over as blood splatters everywhere. Giorno's face becomes swollen and his body becomes even more bruised. Some of his bones stick out of his skin. Puss forms and his blood gets infected.

"Please... Father... Stop..."

DIO merely laughed as he beat Giorno's body.

"Why are you hurting me? I'm your son... Are you really that psychotic as Kujo Jotaro said!?"

"Oh... Giorno...I'll tell you a lesson I've learned long ago...Love simply cannot exist for the Brandos... Do realize that no matter what, we would never receive love... Why? Because we mean nothing to these people... and people mean nothing to us... My father used to beat me... hurt me... break me... So I poisoned him... Do realize one thing... I will never, ever love you.Just admit it, Giorno... No father will ever love you... nor will any father will come for you in your dire need..."

"I won't... kill you...  I simply cannot do so."

DIO simply laughed. "Then you truly are useless to me."

Josuke stood there, not being able to do anything.

"Oy..."

Josuke turns behind him as his eyes widen. Josuke's eyes went serious as he nodded to this figure that was behind him.

DIO prepares to blast his claws at Giorno's face. "HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!"

Time stopped.

Time resumed.

Jotaro... somehow appearing out of nowhere... is now keeping Giorno in his arms as the northern horizon glowed and the sun was raised from the sky. The sun glowed behind Jotaro's bowing head as he genuflected before DIO.

"But he will..." Giorno sneered.

"Yare yare daze..." said Jotaro. Jotaro turned to DIO. "I'll kick your fucking ass for this... DIO!!!"

DIO trembled in fear as he realized that The World Over Heaven is within 15 meters before Jotaro.

Star Platinum emerged with a white and golden-striped body as it stood before DIO.

Okuyasu Nijimura... had died...

Trish Una, Guido Mista, Koichi Hirose, and Yasuho Higashikata were erased.
