23. Hierophant Green~Who Will Be the Judge?

Jedan Ligera was just a normal guy, but with a Stand. His only friend was known as Hierophant Green. Hierophant would always guide him throughout his life and was his first and only friend. However, in 7th Grade, in High School...

"Hi! My name's Miguel Azrael JoJo! Yep! That's my real name! Weird, gotta say, but just enough weirdness to be respected since it's so cool, hm?" He then asked for a handshake.

Jedan was hesitant, but Miguel grabbed and shook his hand.

"H-Hey..." whispered Jedan, timidly.

"I'll help you meet my friend, Anne! We've been friends for years!" smiled Miguel.

The three became very close friends and had been close for a very long time ever since they'd met. The three even went to prom together, but Jedan was with his childhood crush. They, later on, had a larger group of friends they dubbed, "Weeb Town," since they all were into anime at the time.

But then...

Miguel left.

After Miguel's Mother was killed on June 5, 2026, Miguel left and went to an unknown island to hunt down and kill those he considered his enemies. Miguel's quest for vengeance proved him to be foolish since they didn't hear from him for five years.

Jedan hunted for the enemies to save Miguel using his Stand, Hierophant. He hunted them and found out about The New World Order and its influence on the entirety of South East Asia and possibly the whole world. Salvi discovered him and decided to kill him. But after his minion read to him some reports of what he was capable of, Salvi gave a simple sneer. He decided to turn Jedan... into something else...

"Shut up, fatass!" laughed a taller kid who spilled some punch over his coat.

"Tch-..." said Miguel, as Star Platinum emerged from his

6 months later...

A man with a black cloak, black hood, black boots, black gauntlets, and a metallic silvery skull mask with red goggles infused underneath its eyeholes drops down from the building upon hearing a scream in the night.

Two masked men are shown pointing their guns to a couple, as immediately, the lights went out.

One of the villains exploded in a bloody flurry. Their guts and brains are shown everywhere.

Ther vigilante known as The Reaper had appeared.

The second man points his gun to The Reaper's head.

But, something's jamming the trigger.

The Reaper simply head dodged and grabbed the man by the neck, lifting him.

The Reaper turns to the man and woman.

"Get out."

The couple shook in fear.

Something punches the dumpster, but it wasn't The Reaper.

"GET OUT NOW!!!" he shouted.

The couple whimpered and ran away.

Something's pulling his gun, so out of fear, he lets go of it.

His gun somehow floats away and is disassembled one by one.

The Reaper slowly takes off the man's mask.

"You're a white man. Such a shame," he said. "You're from the marines. You're the guy from the news... The man who escaped jail for raping and killing that transgender woman. Hans Willem. You white people owned my people a hundred years ago, and when you gave us liberty just because you didn't need us anymore, you painted it as you giving us our precious freedom and thus, your version of salvation. But, the past is the past.

What pisses me off is that your, an American, came to our country and disgustingly took rounds on one of our people, who is also a minority. That's why I'll have to kill you, Hans Willem. I'm sorry."

Hans took out another gun.

"Go on," he said. "Amuse me."

Something starts to pull the gun away, and out of fear, he let go of the gun once more.

The gun floats away as well.

"WHAT ARE YOU?!!!"

"I'll show you," said The Reaper with a chilly sigh that came after.

He pointed the gun to himself.

"What the fuck?" he asked.

*BANG*

Something invisible caught the bullet, as it stopped inches away from The Reaper's head.

"What's amazing is that I did all that while still carrying you," said The Reaper. "Thank God I have a powerful Stand... I just need to ask you one thing, Hans."

"So you won't kill me?"

"Oh, no, no, no," said The Reaper. "You're still going to die, but I must ask you one thing. One simple thing..."

The Reaper leans closer.

"Who is Killer Queen?" asked The Reaper.

"Th-The serial killer?!" asked Hans.

"What's his identity? What does he look like? Anything?" asked The Reaper.

"I-I-I-I... I don't know!" shouted Hans.

"Too bad," said The Reaper.

*CRACK*

*SPLAT*

The man falls to the ground, headless, as blood dripped everywhere.

"Wrry..." said The Reaper.

Miguel gasps, seemingly waking up from a bad dream.

"Oh, God!" he shouted, waking from his bed.

He's in the bedroom of the Cabin of the Grimms on the second floor, but it looks as if it was renovated long ago.

"God..." he sighed, covering his face and coughing. Miguel sees The Reaper's armor all over the ground.

"God... Not again..." he told himself. He held his forehead and shook in pain. "God... this headache..."

Miguel slowly stood up and stood up from his bed.

He went downstairs and went to the dining room, then the kitchen. In the kitchen, he cooked some eggs and chicken bacon. He cracked three eggs, added some evaporated milk, salt, chives from the garden, cubed cheese, fried sliced tomatoes, fried sliced onions, and powdered black pepper, frying the mixture in butter. He then fried the chicken bacon. At the same time, he cooked his rice with the rice cooker. He then serves his meal on the table: A cup of rice, eggs, and chicken bacon.

The cabin in the woods did in fact have some renovations. The original cabin was destroyed by a mysterious fire, and a new house was rebuilt, but, on top of a large hill that mysteriously formed above the bunker. Miguel's father built a two-story house on top of the hill. He made a garage under it that connects to the Bunker. The house's first floor is mostly made of stone and the upper floor is made of wood. The house has four bedrooms, a library, one terrace, one laundry room, and four balconies. The front of the house has a balcony that is above the garage where people grill station which also acts as a greenhouse. The back of the house has a pool. The house is also connected to Burnham City, a city of the San Diego Region, which is on the next mountain, through a path that leads to the main road that connects to a large bridge that is above a large valley of rice terraces. On the next mountain is a plateau of a large bustling city with very short buildings that directly connects to the lowlands by circling down the plateau and connecting to The City of the Union at the west.

"Miguel! Miguel!" shouted his mother, as they tore her apart using their Stands. "MIGUEEEEEL!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-!!!"

Miguel slammed the table and stared blankly at the wall.

"Tch-..." he whispered. "Damned puppies. Right... Saturday..."

Miguel, after 4 hours of doing paperwork, watched Television while doing pull-ups. Looking down, it can be seen that he has large metallic weights around the waist he is carrying by spreading his legs.

Miguel, however, stayed completely aloof during this workout. His breath is also rather smooth.

Miguel ignores it mostly and sighs, as he read his texts as Star Platinum shows them to him. Several unseens messages by-...

"-...Anne Zeppeli, a licensed lawyer in Burnham City, was found to have been kidnapped in a CCTV Camera by a man who can seemingly move things with his mind-..."

Miguel looks at the television with frustration and sees her walking by. Suddenly, a masked man appeared and in his eyes, wrapped her around with his green tentacles.

"Tch-... Goddamnit, Jed..." he whispered under his breath.

That night... The Reaper came to an abandoned school... There, The Reaper searched for the User of the tentacle Stand...

"Hello, JoJo," smiled the masked man. He removed his mask and revealed his face.

"Jedan," Miguel said, sighing. "Hay Naku... Honestly... What kind of stupid game is going on here?"

"I'm here to kill you, JoJo!" shouted Jedan.

"Jed-..." said Miguel, approaching Jedan.

"Come on, Hyde!" smiled Jedan. "Show me your Jekyll..."

Miguel clenched his fists and began approaching Jedan.

"Oh? Did I hit a nerve?" smiled Jedan.

"No," said Miguel. "I'm just gonna knock some sense into your sorry ass."

He then hears pain.

"I always wanted friends, JoJo," smiled Jedan. "Now, like my Hierophant, she's my friend, too."

"Tell me you didn't do what I think you just did... Jedan..." Miguel gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. He then cracked his neck left and right.

"I did what I had to, JoJo!" smiled Jedan. "I did it to destroy you!"

Miguel sees Anne moving as if she was being puppeteered with droopy eyes while trembling bizarrely.

"You used Hierophant on her..." said Miguel, blankly staring at her in an aloof manner. "I didn't know you were capable of such evil."

Jedan woges into a Chupacabra, a Coyote-like humanoid with red fur and red eyes.

"You're the one who's evil since you will lose," said Jedan. "Justice is for winners, evil is for losers. That is the truth in history, WE WILL SEE WHICH OF US IS EVIL, JOJO!!!"

"You're a Stand-User, Jedan," calmly said Miguel, looking outside the windows of the school. The corridor was silent, and the crickets could be heard from inside. "I'm not talking to you right now as a friend, but as a fellow Stand-User... You just used your Stand on an innocent person... and we took an oath to my father that we would never do such a thing... Since no law will allow such mockery of using your powers among the weak... I WILL BE THE JUDGE!!!"

Anne takes out a dagger and rushes towards him, stabbing his cheek.

"This strength!" he thought.

"Hierophant enhanced her strength," Jedan smiled. "Again, evil is for losers..."

"Evil..."

The star on his shoulder began to shine.

"Evil is when you do something so disgusting... so terrible... as to using the weak for your own personal gain, regardless of the consequences they injure," said Miguel, as he points to Jedan with two of his fingers. "THAT IS EVIL!!!"

Miguel then pulled Anne towards him and kissed her.

*DUN DUN DUN*

Miguel then uses Star Platinum to pull Hierophant out of her lips.

Hierophant ends up removing itself from her, as she falls on the ground with blood all over.

"ANNE!!!" shouted Miguel.

"Oh, right," smiled Jedan. "That's what happens if your forcibly pull my Stand out of her, JoJo. This is what you did, JoJo... THIS IS ALL YOU!!!"

"Evil is for losers, right?" asked Miguel. "I'll show you... WHO IS EVIL!!!"

Jedan's tentacles then charged towards Miguel.

Miguel gave a soft smile.

"Takbo na!" he shouted quickly as if he roared it, as he ran away. The tentacles followed him as he kicked a trash can towards the tentacles. The tentacles then broke the trash cans and kept on chasing him.

Miguel then ran back toward the wall at Jedan's right and run around the wall.

The tentacles then appear before Miguel as Miguel leaped towards Jedan head-on.

Hierophant tries to defend Jedan, but Star Platinum grabs its face.

Star Platinum grunts repeatedly and then violently shakes Hierophant's face.

Anne then wakes up, trembling in pain.

"Miguel?" she asked softly.

Star Platinum then turns his hands into fists.

"Miguel, NO!!!" she shouted.

Miguel then stops time.

*POW*

Star Platinum punches Hierophant in the face at light speed.

"ORAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Star Platinum then punches Hierophant Green over and over again with one fist.

Jedan then explodes as his blood pops out.

"And you are the one who is evil, Jedan!" shouted Miguel.

"You idiot," said Anne. "He's being controlled."

"Huh?" asked Miguel, as he turns back to Jedan.

Jedan is gone.

Anne stands up.

"You thought you can defeat me that easily... I learned a new ability under the tutelage of The Boss," smiled Jedan, as his tentacles slowly sowed his flesh together on a cellular level. "I learned how to heal and cure myself, Miguel... Ready for round two, JoJo?"

Jedan is found on the balcony above them.

Suddenly, fluid began to appear from Hierophant's hands, as he put his palms face to face and shot water and rocks towards the two.

"NO ONE CAN DEFLECT THE EMERALD SPLASH!!!" he cried out in pride. "EMERALD SPLASH!!!" shouted Jedan, as emeralds are shot towards Miguel.

Star Platinum blocks most of the emeralds.

"WHAT!? IMPOSSIBLE!!! NO ONE CAN-!!! MMPH!!!" Hierophant's face is grabbed by Star Platinum's giant hand.

"PUTANG INA MO!!!" shouted Miguel. "TARANTADO!!! WRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!"

"NO!!! HE'S UNDER HIS CONTROL!!!" shouted Anne. "He has some sort of flesh bud on his forehead that's controlling him!"

"Tch-!" hesitated Miguel, as he is shot by another Emerald Splash. This time, it hit him in the chest. With the emerald exploding, Miguel coughs out massive amounts of blood.

"I heard that because of the speed of my Emeralds, the pain could be as if being shot by a cherry bomb moving at the same speed as of a bullet. I'm surprised you survived that," smiled Jedan.

"Star Platinum actually blocked that from my chest... but just barely..." he thought to himself, as he fell to the ground. He grabbed his chest in pain.

The star on his back began to flicker.

Miguel gargled blood.

"HEY!!!" shouted Anne. "JEDAN!!! STOP IT!!! OR-!!!"

"Or what?" asked Jedan, as his tentacles allowed him to "float" down before her from the balcony above them.

Anne's eyes turned black.

"Chupacabra BASTARD!!! GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME, YOU DUMBASS!!!" shouted Anne.

Jedan is dumbfounded.

"There she is!" laughed Miguel, as he coughed in pain. "Hurts to laugh..."

"Here you are, letting that stupid flesh bud in your forehead get the best of you! Look at you, acting like you're so good at killing Miguel! Clearly, you have a weak, pathetic, and wimpy force of determination! Y'know what they call you? A pussy!" shouted Anne.

"I-!"

"Shut up, you pussy!" shouted Anne. "You just kicked the ass of your best friend who used to get made fun of for having noodly arms!"

"Hey!" yelled Miguel in the background.

"And he's the person you were trying to save for the last five years!"

"You did? Bro!" shouted Miguel.

"Bro, shut the fuck up," said Jedan.

"Bro," said Miguel, as a tear flowed from his left eye.

"C'mon, pussy!" shouted Anne. "Stop being a pussy and be that best friend we always had!"

Suddenly, everything they've been through, Jedan...

"Hey, Miguel... Wanna blow up a watermelon in the microwave?" asked Jedan.

"Yeah, bro," said Miguel.

"You're right," said Jedan, as he began to take out the flesh-...

"HUH?!!!"

Hierophant grabs Jedan's hand.

Hierophant then punches Jedan down to the ground.

"BRO!!!" shouted Miguel.

"NO, BRO!!!" shouted Jedan.

Hierophant then began to strangle Jedan with its tentacles.

"Clearly, you have failed The Boss," said Hierophant. "Goodbye, Jedan Ligera."

"NO!!!" shouted Anne, as suddenly, her Stand appeared out of her body.

"HEY!!!" cried Anne, as she looked at the Stand. It has a spiked mohawk blue helmet over her face and a white humanoid body. She has blue patches on her upper arm, her waist and hips, and her thighs. The Stand has zippers on each of her hands, feet, and crotch. The Stand also has boobs, because... yeah...

"STOCKY FINGERS!!!" she summoned.

"Haha!" laughed Jedan. "The Stand has bigger boobs than you, CACK!!!"

Jedan is strangled harder.

"Huh... looks like you're in a sticky situation... Sticky Fingers is here to get you out," she calmly said.

"That makes no sense... *GAG!!!*"

She then takes out Sticky Fingers, pointing her Stand towards Hierophant.

"GO!!! KNOCK OUT JEDAN!!!" she shouted, pointing to Jedan.

"BUENA!!!" shouted the Stand, shooting her hand out of her arm. Zipper's teeth connected her hand and her arm like a chain.

*POW*

Jedan was punched in the face like a boss.

Suddenly, Jedan had his head zipped off of his body, as Hierophant lost control with its own.

Jedan and the tentacle Stand monster fell on the ground like a pair of dead octopi. Hierophant then retracted back into Jedan.

Hessa then brought Jedan's body and head using her hand to pull Jedan and his body back to them.

Miguel then takes out Star Platinum, who immediately takes out the flesh bud.

"How'd you know I was The Reaper?" asked Miguel, turning to Anne.

"He came around at the same time you came around," said Anne.

"Fair point," said Miguel, turning back to Jedan.

"To be honest, I was only 68%-ish sure that was the case," said Anne.

"Thanks, guys," said Jedan. "Can you fix me up?"

"No," said the both of them.

"What? Why?!" asked Jedan.

"You tried to kill us..." said the both of them.

"-kill us... yeah." continued Anne.

"Fair point," said Jedan.
