Chapter 10: Komoru

The wind blew her dirty hair aside. Revealing her young facial features as well as the horrorid scars that covered her face.

Due to a bath long due, her green skin looked a shade darker than it was originally meant to be. She breathed heavily as she looked hopelessly at the being before her.

His shadow covered her whole body. He looked down at her and she looked back at him. When she saw his gigantic figure, she could not help but feel her knees weaken.

Thud!

He knees hit the ground. Her hands trembled uncontrollably. It seemed as though only a layer of fear was left before she would wet herself.

But even if she did, no one could blame her. For the being in front of her was truly terrifying. He towered at at terrifying '20' meters. A length ten times taller than the woman in front of him. In his arm was a large metallic hammer that brought fear from merely looking at it.

His face looked terrifying, with large tasks running from his to almost reaching the length of his eyes. His teeth looked razor sharp and ready to shred.

"Little princess... tell me where your queen went."

"Never!"

"Little primcess... tell me..." Komoru said slowly. But as each of his words fell, his expression turned uglier and uglier. His anger was no secret. And his firey eyes were very eager to show that.

The green skinned woman trembled at his words. She tried to turn her head away, but his large hand touched her littler face and forced her to face him.

He looked straight at her face and breathed in her scent. It seemed as though he was smelling her very fear.

"Why... why... are you doing this?"

He did not answer the woman's question. He instead caressed her face with relish.

"You are so beautiful princess." He then let her go. He looked at her from above. Although he was squatting while speaking with her, he was still able to look at her from above.

"She was also beautiful."

The woman only looked at the man confused.

"My queen. She was the most beautiful queen I have ever seen. So beautiful that even a god would fail to match her."

"She was a believer. She believed that the creator is always with her. She believed the creator knows all. The creator will save all who worship him. She spent all her life persuing the creator. She belived and gave her heart to him. Calling him her god. But when she truly neeed him... he never came. When she fell, he did not show up to save her like she believed. When she died, he did not let her rise as she thought. He let her die!"

When he said his last word, he hit the ground in anger. His teeth clenched fiercely.

"Why am I doing this? It is simply to let her return to me. But i will not just bring her back. I will be the what he failed to be for her. When she is in danger, i will come and save her. When she is hurt, i will come and heal her. I will become her god..."

"You are mad," is what the woman wanted to say, but her heart convinced her not to utter these suicidal words.

"And in order to do all of that, i will need you to tell me where your queen is."

He looked at the woman intently.

"..."

But she did not respond.

"How about we have a deal then, if you tell me where she is, i will let you live."

For a second, the woman did not say a world.

"Very well then, I shall simply find her myself..."

The man extends his hands towards the woman. These were the very hands that could crush the woman with just a grip of his on her neck.

"I will talk!"

The man halted his hands. It seemed that the 'little princess' could not overcome her fear any longer. As such, he crumbled.

"Speak..."

"She went north from here. Towards the mountains near the sea."

"What would she hope to find there?"

"She wants to call upon the creator."

The man rumbled whne he heard o the woman's words. He hated that name, so he was of course not pleased to hear it.

"Creator? Hmph... pointless, she will soon understand that either the creator doesn't care or does not exist at all. But i exist..."

After saying that, he grabbed the woman by her neck and lifted her up.

"What are you doing, you said you'd let me live!" The woman grew fearful as the man's large fingers slowly pinched her neck.

"Of course I will let you live, but you have to die first..."

"You monster! I curse you! Komoru...!"

The woman's last words were the man's name. In the end, he neck snapped and her body simply leaned on his hand.

"I am the creator now... see as i create life."

Dark smoke like haze slowly oozed from his hands and seeped towards the dead woman.

Komoru let go of the woman's corpse, but as he left it be, it did not fall at all.

It stood on its own two feet, as though the woman was still alive.

"Ahhrggg!"

A beastly howl responded from her mouth. Sensibility no longer present in her eyes and her stature showing little to no signs of sanity.

Komoru smiled.

"Welcome little princess... to my horde!"

Komoru the turned and looked at what was behind him.

What was behind him?

An army...
