"Is it alright for you to tell me all of this, my queen?" Eran asked after hearing Caseyana's shocking story.

The queen just smiled sweetly and looked at Eran. "I believe you can keep a secret, Eran."

"We've only just met. Why do you trust me so much? What if I were to reveal this story?" Eran asked.

"I believe you won't reveal it, Eran. I have never been wrong with my intuition, you are not that kind of person," Caseyana said.

Eran fell silent, pondering over Caseyana's words. "What if... the person you're referring to is my father?" he thought to himself. He wanted to ask, but he hesitated, afraid that the queen would think less of him.

Caseyana sensed the doubt emanating from Eran's face. "Don't worry, Eran. I feel a connection between us, whatever it may be, but I trust you."
