Indelible Mark

Melissa was happily sipping her afternoon tea. She was ecstatic to see Angelina's news go viral among the citizens.

"Just like when we were kids, you begged me for that dog.  I'll make sure my life is even worse than that.  "Hahahahaha." She burst out laughing. Her eyes were filled with madness.

"Miss, there appears to be a problem," her assistant said quickly.

Melissa simply waved her hand, saying, "Don't ruin my mood, solve this problem on your own."

"But..." Assistant began to worry that if she did not inform Melissa, she would suffer.

Melissa's mood soured, and she threw the tea cup to the ground in frustration.

"What in the world happened?" "Can't you handle minor issues?" She began to reprimand the assistant.

"Hisss…" The hot liquid burned the assistant's bare calf, causing her to wince in pain.

"The President is holding a press conference, young Miss." He... he told the truth about Angelina and... "
