"So now to the part of custody, the couple has agreed to joint custody…" it was finally his lawyer that was talking.

"No" Helen interrupted him. "I never said that. I didn't agree to that".

Elliot just stared. Well she was right to be angry considering how they parted ways when they saw each other last.

She glared at him. So hard that he was sure that his face would melt off at any moment.

"She can't do that can she?" he was asking her lawyer now. "Matthew is eighteen".

"He is also in high school" the man drawled. "Until he graduates he won't be made to adhere to the custody rules".

"Who are you representing here? Him or me?!" she demanded, her glare now switching to the older man.

"I am just sharing general knowledge" he replied unfazed.
