Chapter-11 Preparation for the test

After dispelling the clone which was in meeting with his new team and getting its memory, Sasuke decided that he will personally go tomorrow for the test. He was shorting out his skills and deciding what to use in tomorrow's test. Sasuke took most proud in his genjutsu skills, he can fight an elite jonin with his genjutsu and taijutsu, since he does not really have any powerful ninjutsu and using mangakyou will drain his chakra so fast that he will be left without any chakra before finishing off his opponent, so apart from using it during infiltiiration, his mangekyou does not have any battle use, at least not until his chakra reach at the level of elite jonin. His Taijutsu was one of his strong points, he can open third gate and combine with his clan's taijutsu style he have no problem defeating a jonin only using taijutsu, but elite jonin are different story.

He learned a lot of genjutsu from the scrolls of his clan he got back from Hokage. He was able to put a chunin in genjutsu with his 3 tomoe sharingan very easily. Even a jonin fighting him will need more than 2 second to dispel his genjutsu and that much time is enough at his speed to kill a jonin. Elite jonin may be more trouble but he has confidence in confronting them and even if not able to defeat them, at least getting away. If his opponent underestimates him for being a kid and caught off-guard in his genjutsu, then even an elite jonin would need more than few second to dispel his genjutsu, in a life and death battle between high level shinobi, one second delay means certain death. The only weakness of his genjutsu is that it can only be used on one person, so when facing more than one enemy at jonin level, it is not much useful because other opponent will buy enough time for their comrade to dispel the genjutsu.

He doesn't have clear idea of his kenjutsu skill, but he was sure that he can go toe to toe with any chunin with just his kenjutsu skills. His medical ninjutsu, shurikenjutsu and fuinjutsu were at decent level. He can form chakra scalpel now, and with his chakra control, he can also form chakra strings.

The only thing he did not focus was his ninjutsu. The only A-rank ninjutsu he learned is rasengan, but he is waiting for Naruto to learn this from Jiraya so that he can also publically use this jutsu. Apart from this he also learned multi shadow clone jutsu but they are useless for him in a fight as he does not have chakra reserves like Naruto. The total chakra amount of Sasuke is at low jonin level. He learned clone jutsu, substitution jutsu and transformation jutsu from academy, which are pretty much useless in fight between jonin level combatants. He did learn few useful jutsus from observing the training spars between jonin. He learned body flicker jutsu and mud wall which he thought would be useful but as his affinity is not earth so using mud wall is not chakra efficient. He have great fireball jutsu, fire phoenix jutsu in his arsenal which are battle ready at the moment.

Sasuke decided to use genjutsu in tomorrow's test as no one knows about his genjutsu skills so Kakashi will get caught off guard as he would not be expecting any genjutsu from Sasuke. He expected Kakashi to be wary of his taijutsu as he is Guy's student so his Jonin standard taijutsu skill is not a secret, but no one in the village knows about his genjutsu, those who have experienced it have their memory erased regarding the encounter.

With these thoughts Sasuke stop worrying about tomorrow's test and started focus on impure world reincarnation technique. According to his calculation, in one week he would be able to master this jutsu.

Sasuke wake up early in the morning and continued with his regular training, only difference was he cut short today's training and arrived home at 7:30 am. Next he ate some food and left his home for training ground. He reached the training ground sharply at 8:00 am. Naruto and Sakura were already at the training ground. Sakura came and greeted Sasuke while Naruto just gave him a snort, Naruto was annoyed by the amount of attention Sakura gave him.

Sasuke looked at two of his teammates and said;

SASUKE: "Listen you two losers, since it is a test for the team so it is very important to show teamwork in this test. When the test start two of you will listen to my command and act according to it."

SAKURA: "Yes Sasuke, I will always listen to you and follow every command."

NARUTO: "No way, I am not listening to you, you are not my boss, believe it"

SAKURA: "NARUTO!!!"

SASUKE: "You want to go back to academy loser, if we don't work as team we will fail the test."

NARUTO: "I don't need your help, I can pass the test alone and become a genin, believe it."

SASUKE: "This is test for becoming a genin, not a ramen eating test loser. You barely graduated academy "dead last", and now you think you can pass this test alone."

Naruto was turning red with anger and was about to attack Sasuke when Sakura caught Naruto in a chokehold and said;

SAKURA: "Don't worry Sasuke we will listen to your command."

SASUKE: "Listen idiot, this test is to check our teamwork, if we don't work as a team then no matter how good you perform you fail. Do you understand loser?"

SAKURA: "Oh Sasuke, you already figured out about our test, you are so intelligent."

NARUTO: "I also figured it out Sakura, I just saying that to annoy Sasuke, you know."

SAKURA: "Shut up Naruto, you are an idiot."

Sasuke sat down with his eyes close as he knew Kakashi would be late while Sakura and Naruto kept bickering. After two hour Kakashi finally shows up.
