After a few months of thought, Xu Yue finally decided on what to do, she would exit seclusion prematurely.

After several months of having fun inside that cave abode, Xu Yue then visited Bing Ling, the ice spirit, for about a week, before finally having some time for her daughters.

As she looked at Xu Ming and Xu Yanmei, who were currently taking, as well as at the two other little foxes Xu Xiaoqing, and Xu Huan who were sleeping inside different corners of the room, Xu Yue couldn't help but faintly smile.

But the moment Xu Yue did so, the now seven-tailed little fox, Xu Huan suddenly opened her eyes before staring at her.

It took Xu Huan only a tiny fraction of a moment from opening her eyes to arriving in her mother's arms, which somewhat surprised Xu Yue.

'It seems as though I've missed quite a lot,' thought Xu Yue as she watched her youngest daughter sink into her arms.

Even though she knew that a few thousand years were a lot of time for her still your daughters, Xu Yue couldn't help but feel a little weird after having missed so much.

At this moment, the eyes of Xu Yanmei and Xu Ming, who were talking, suddenly moved, as they finally noticed Xu Yue who was standing nearby.

Seeing their mother, the eyes of both of the women suddenly brightened as they quickly appeared next to her.

Whilst Xu Yanmei was still a bit more restrained, Xu Ming did not show any restraint in the slightest.

"Mother, your daughter missed you..." mumbled Xu Ming as she hugged Xu Yue's arm.

Hearing this, Xu Yue couldn't help but let out a sigh as she touched the top of Xu Ming's head, trying to silently console her.

Watching this scene, Xu Yanmei, who was standing close-by, finally spoke up.

"Mother, are you finally out of seclusion?" asked Xu Yanmei with no apparent expression on her face.

But even so, with her experience, Xu Yue could still see the large amounts of hope hidden within Xu Yanmei's eyes, which the now Eight Tailed Fox was trying to hide from her mother.

"At least temporarily, that's true," said Xu Yue, causing Xu Yanmei's eyes to involuntarily light up, before returning to normal a moment later.

As she stared at her daughter, who did not seem to want to show her emotions to her mother, Xu Yue couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle as she suddenly pinched the cheek of the fully grown fox with a third hand which emerged from the left side of her chest.

By now, Xu Xiaoqing, who had been peacefully sleeping, finally opened her eyes, and looked at her mother, causing them to light up with happiness.

Just like Xu Huan, it took only an instant for Xiaoqing to appear in Xu Yue's embrace, right next to her little sister.

'These two try to pretend they've changed, but they are still the same, after all these years,' thought Xu Yanmei as she reached out and scratched the back of Xu Xiaoqing's ear.

At first, an extremely happy expression appeared on Xu Xiaoqing's face, as she felt her weak-spot be scratched by her mother, but after a few moments, Xu Xiaoqing finally realized what was happening, causing a small barrier to suddenly appear between her and Xu Yanmei.

Seeing this scene, Xu Yue, Xu Ming and Xu Yanmei couldn't help but slightly chuckle, as Xu Yue finally reached out and scratched her daughter's ear.

By now, Xu Xiaoqing had even forgotten the fact that she had wanted to complain to her mother about the fact that Xu Yanmei was bullying her.

Several weeks later,

After reuniting for the first time in thousands of years, Xu Yue began talking with her daughters.

In truth, it was mostly Xu Ming and Yanmei who were talking, as Huan and Xiaoqing were very much content to sleep in their mother's embrace.

As she listened to Xu Yanmei tell stories, a faint smile couldn't help but involuntarily appear on Xu Yue's face.

"Back then, I was extremely surprised by the fact that Xiaoqing was able to steal a Heaven Ranked Spiritual Fruit, but I couldn't bear to let her go down this path, causing me to confiscate it," said Xu Yanmei as she looked at her mother.

"I'm feeling a little bit thirsty right now," mumbled Xu Yue with a faint smile on her face, causing a confused expression to appear on Xu Ming's face.

"If mother's feeling thirty, then let me help, this is a barrel of wine I wanted to give to mother as a gift, it was created using the spiritual fruit confiscated from Xiaoqing," said Xu Yanmei as a sealed barrel appeared next to her.

Seeing this, enlightenment appeared in Xu Ming's face.

"I see, so sister wants to give those confiscated treasures from Xiaoqing to mother, I should have known that sister Yanmei wouldn't keep them to herself," mumbled Xu Ming with a smile on her face.
