CHAPTER SIXTY

She got down and headed for the gym. She saw him there, taking out his anger on the punching bag. He had been restless ever since Beth left. Was he scared? Maybe. Who wouldn't be scared? They had no way of defeating Beth not until now.

"Shouldn't you be in bed resting?" Diane asked him

"I can't rest, not untill Beth is dead and right how, we have no way of killing her so that means no rest for me" he said

"What if we do have a way of killing her? Would you rest then?" Diane asked again

"What do you mean by what if? Do you?" Davis asked

"Yes, now we do. Something happened at my father's court yard and it brought up a permanent solution on how to take down Beth for good. But first, I need something from you" she said

"What do you need from me?" Davis asked her

"I need us to be rebounded again, just incase things go sideways. The mark we bore as a sign to us being bounded has faded. I am guessing that is because the link has been broken"
