I Like Money

Once Kanzaki ended the stream he went and made himself dinner before sitting back down at his desk. There were many thoughts running in his head about how he should fix up his stream but when he began thinking about these things there was one thing he was missing to continue.

Money.

Money makes the world go around and at the same time it was the thing that would allow him to buy more stuff for his stream. Kanzaki was pretty confident in his ability to learn new things but the art and model creation for streams was not something he could learn within a standard amount of time.

Since he couldn't learn within a feasible amount of time it only meant he had to rely on artists to make things for him. However, an artist wouldn't do anything for free. Kanzaki got lucky with the artist he met who made his model since they had it for a while and really weren't expecting much but now that he was growing at a decent rate he needed to pay the people that made stuff for him.

As Kanzaki was thinking about things such as money he suddenly got a message on Tweeter.

'Who could be texting me at this time?' Kanzaki thought to himself as he looked at the clock. Most of the day had passed and it was already 7 PM meaning that it was right before everyone started to wind down.

When Kanzaki went to check who messaged him and saw who it was he couldn't help but think to himself, 'Speak of the devil.' The person that had messaged Kanzaki was actually Rainbow Bunny! They were the artist that made his V-Tuber model and also the one that generously gave it to him as long as he advertised their work.

[Rainbow Bunny: Hey Mask! I wanted to pop in and say thanks to you. You have been slightly blowing up lately online and I even saw you passed over 100 followers on all your platforms despite only streaming 3 times! That's an amazing accomplishment and I applaud you for it but the main reason I texted you was to say thank you for actually following through on your promise. In all honesty, I thought when you took the V-Tuber model you were going to resell it or just not shout me out in general but not only did you shout me out but you also put my name right below you! I'm sure you know about your clip that went viral and I'm glad to tell you that I've gotten some customers from it! All and all business is booming once again thanks to you and I wanted to show my appreciation.]

When Kanzaki finished reading the text he couldn't help but smile seeing that what he had decided to do helped out the person that helped him.

[Mask: Thank you for all your kind words. It was my pleasure to put your name out there despite how small my fan base is since you have helped me out so much. If there was even a little chance of helping you out then I would have taken it and I did. I'm glad to have helped and hope that you will get even more work in the future.]

Once Kanzaki sent this message he almost turned off his computer since he thought the conversation was over but before he could do so there was another ding on his computer letting him know that it wasn't the case.

[Rainbow Bunny: Glad to hear that. Since you did exactly what you said I was actually going to see if you wanted a small cut of everything I make when they find me from your stream. That way I can repay you each time they commission me while also making money myself.]

When Kanzaki read this message he was surprised to hear the artist suggest such a thing. He was going to keep advertising them regardless of whether he got a cut or not so to suggest such a thing blew Kanzaki's mind away but he wouldn't take the opportunity for granted and decided to take advantage of it.

[Mask: There's no need to do something like that. I want you to keep all the money you make since it's your work that they're paying for. However, if you really want to help me then I would like to ask if you could design a few stream things for me. It would help a lot and that way you can still keep all your money.]

Kanzaki had no idea whether the artist would accept or not but from what he understood about the pricing of V-Tuber models, whatever cut he ended up with would be more expensive than if she just helped him make things such as a new follower notification. He could be completely wrong but this was truly what he wanted.

[Rainbow Bunny: Are you sure you want to do that?]

When Kanzaki saw this message he saw that what he said interested her so he quickly typed his answer and hit send as soon as he finished.

[Mask: I am absolutely certain. It would help me out a ton since I have no idea how to do some of the things I want to do with my stream.]

When Kanzaki sent his message it didn't take long for the artist to read it however they didn't respond immediately. When they didn't respond soon after, he started to become worried that the artist didn't like his idea and would turn it down despite all odds but luckily he was wrong since a message came in soon after.

[Rainbow Bunny: Yeah that works with me. Whenever you want something new made just send me a basic concept and explain how you want it done. I will try to get them done as soon as possible but don't have too high hopes about getting it the day after.]

[Mask: That would be great! Thank you so much!]

Just like that Kanzaki got his own personal artist.
