A day at the arcade

The last time Kevin had played Robo Warrior, was on the day of the attack. Back then he was a carefree school kid with no purpose in life, and a habit of getting into his teachers' bad books. A lot had changed since then, flipping his life on its head and pushing him down the dark path of revenge.

As Kevin created his guest ID on the arcade machine, it brought back all his traumatic memories. Though it had been over seven months since the attack, he couldn't forget the faces of his dead friends and teachers. Every disturbing detail was vividly etched in his mind.

Though the Mecha selection menu was open in front of him, his mind was distracted by dire thoughts. While Suzy and Cairo were carefully examining the different Mechas and discussing team strategy, Kevin was staring blankly at the screen.
