Jason saw Christian running out of his room carrying Ella in his arms. The incident made Jason look flabbergasted.

It's the first time he'd seen Christian looking so nervous and panicked like this.

But before Jason could catch up with him, the elevator doors were closing faster.

Before Jason could think any further, Jason got into another elevator and followed Christian downstairs.

Merry and Indri still hadn't come home from there. They were still in the lobby of the company with troubled looks. Indri's face was filled with reluctance.

Merry kept nagging in her ear, making Indri unable to resist arguing with her mother. "Shut up, mom. Don't talk anymore. Who knows if that bitch is suffering from Christian's wrath now?"

Indri rambled in her mumbles, making Merry glare at her to cover her mouth.
