Wrong Answer

Deb became washed with fear as she looked at Mason. She could see the hate and anger in his eyes.

Did Edith tell him about it already? Does he already know what she did?

Deb broke out in a cold sweat even with the perfect working air conditioner that was in the car. She tried to figure out a way to get herself out of the situation. If Edith already told Mason about what she did to his mother, then she would have to try to make Mason believe that she didn't do it and that Edith was lying.

But how? How was she going to do it? What would she say that would make him believe her?

Edith! That two-timing snitch! She should have known she was going to out her. If only Jack had listened to her they would have silenced Edith and avoided this problem.
