The news that arrived were very BIG ones, it meant that not only we were being recognized for our efforts, but also our Demons friends too! This must be the very first time they ever recognize Demons as heroic figures within the entire Country, so it is a big thing.

It means that there's a chance for them to be accepted by society much more. And if it is the King himself the one that congratulates them, even the most racist of elves will begin to reconsider their beliefs, because mostly everyone admire my grandfather for both their admirable rulership and also strength. 

Naturally, it made all my friends really excited. We spent the rest of the dinner talking about everything that might happen from now on, as my mother decided that we'll be departing to the capital tomorrow morning in another airship.
