Richard could tell what he was getting at. "Little more than basic PDA."

"Ah. You haven't gone further than that?"

"No. Should I?"

Adam let out a long-suffering sigh. "She'll probably expect you to. How did you even end up with a kid if you've never…you know."

"Artificial insemination."

"I should have guessed. It's pretty crazy that you have a kid with her though and haven't actually done anything. That's one of the best parts of being married. But really though, start by taking her on a date. Find a babysitter and go do something she likes."

Something Laney liked, huh? His best bet would probably be taking her to the movies. He knew how much she loved those.
