Skylar paced back and forth in Neil's room, his eyes occasionally falling on the book Mirror And Blood lying on the bed. He didn't remember how the story in the book went before, so Skylar had to reread it.

Skylar finally threw himself on the bed and reached for his book. He slowly opened the book he had marked and began to read.

'...The first thing I saw was a neatly cut lawn. I looked around at what I thought was a garden, looking for someone I wanted to ask. I know very well where I am right now.

Skylar looked at the vibrating screen of his phone in his pocket. He then stood up and picked up the call, after seeing that it was Faiz who called.

"Faiz?"

"Neil," said Faiz suddenly. Skylar for the first time heard him confused and asked if his best friend had guessed wrong.

"What happened there?" Skylar asked feeling a feeling of anxiety run through his body.

"You know Sain?" Faiz asked which immediately made Skylar's chest rumble with anger.

"Why are you asking about him?" Skylar growled which wasn't aimed at Faiz. He just didn't like having someone put that name in his ear.

"I knew something was going on between Neil and Sain, which I never expected," said Faiz, causing Skylar to resent his remarks which made him rethink.

"What's with Neil?"

"You need to calm down first, then I'll tell everyone," he said slowly.

Damn. How could Skylar be calm in these conditions? While he was worried all the time, about Neil.

"Go on, Faiz." Skylar calmed himself in his emotions that were ready to explode at any moment. His hands were clenched on the table as he rested on it.

"There are a lot of rumors about Sain that I've heard here, but no one would ever dare say that around Sain. They're afraid of him and I don't know why they're afraid of Sain. Sain can do as he pleases, and with that he deceives Neil." Faiz paused for a while on the other end, preventing Skylar from breaking through the cell phone network and strangling Sain right then and there, if he could.

"Sain tricked Neil with his actions. He pretended to heal a wound when Neil was injured, but you know what he did? That guy not only healed Neil, but he did dark magic to make Neil his completely. The worst thing was Neil doesn't know anything about it. Why would I know? Because I've read a suspicious book in this library that Sain returned. I saw the crescent mark formed on Neil's neck accidentally the same as the one in the book."

Neil listened carefully to every sentence that was spoken by Faiz from the other side of the phone.

"I don't need to tell you what Sain did to Neil next, and you will understand. That Sain is capable of manipulating Neil's mind so well that even Neil can't resist it. Consciously or not."

"I've been watching them, Neil sometimes seems to be worried about Sain and scared all the time. This dimension is weird, people are here too. I often see absurd things."

Then Faiz continued. "Everyone knows something is wrong with Sain when he is with Neil. He always looks at Neil with a look as if he will wrap Neil for himself right then and there and keep everyone else around Neil. He is obsessed with Neil so much, to the point where he had killed the people who touched Neil. News spread fast, of course, what Neil knew were different facts."

Skylar's body shook with rage billowing wildly. Skylar quickly decides that he should call Neil to find out the truth from Neil's point of view. He couldn't always sit back and wait for something worse to happen later, then regret it.

Skylar dialed Neil's number and waited nervously. While massaging his forehead, Skylar kept thinking about how Sain was rude to Neil after hearing the story that came out from Faiz. How can Sain easily kill someone and do dirty deeds by manipulating Neil? He thought Sain was the one Skylar trusted who was able to keep Neil, but in fact, it was Sain who destroyed Neil from within.

When the call was connected, Skylar quickly put it to his ear and he couldn't hold his tongue to speak. "Neil? What Sain did to you?"

Neil didn't answer right away and Skylar realized that he shouldn't have said that directly to Neil. However, the words he couldn't take back, Neil had heard them.

"Doing what? Why are you suddenly asking like that?" Neil asked back quickly, there was a tone of dislike tucked into his sentence.

Anger erupted from Skylar's body which was aimed at Sain's figure. Then Skylar growled and said emphatically. "I know it all, what dirty thing did that bastard do to you, Neil?"

"If, it's Sain you mean. He didn't do anything. Why do you blame him, I'm the one you should blame. I'm here the dirty person you mean if you can see it. Only Sain is always there to help me through the bad times. this difficult time, he killed those people to avenge what they did to me. He is the one who is always there, how can you blame him," explained Neil quickly. Skylar pressed against his chest as he felt a stinging pain in his chest as if stabbed by an invisible knife hearing Neil speak.

Skylar is increasingly convinced that Sain must have done something to influence Neil until Neil defends him like this and hides all his badness in Neil's mind.

"You're wrong Neil," Skylar shouted quickly, he shook his head strongly at the misunderstanding.

"It's true that I'm at fault here. Only Sain never blames me."

Not! What is it about you who keeps defending him? What has Sain done to change Neil in such a way?

"What's the matter with you? You keep defending him." Skylar asked quickly as he moved the phone to his other ear.

"I should be the one asking? Why are you calling all of a sudden just to make fun of how dirty I am," said Neil excitedly.

Skylar rubbed his face hard when again Neil misunderstood him. Meanwhile, Neil kept lowering himself. When did Skylar ever make fun of him?

"It's not like that Neil. Do you understand what he's doing isn't good? He's taking advantage of you." Skylar tried to explain Neil well. That Sain is not a person like Neil means and Neil defends.

Then Neil spoke again with obvious disappointment. "I know you're ashamed to have a brother like me, who's gone astray."

"Neil!" Skylar shouted. He wanted to scream in Neil's face straight to stop making up his own opinion.

There was a heavy sigh on the other end. "So who was born first. Me or you?"

Skylar gasped when the question was thrown at him from Neil's mouth.

"What?" Skylar asked to convince himself that Neil had indeed asked that or his hearing was impaired.

"Who was born first? Me or you?" asked Neil again.

How did Neil know? Has he remembered everything? Or who had told him?

Skylar gets restless and feels uneasy feeling what will happen next and starts guessing what Neil will say.

"So you know," Skylar said quietly, he plopped down on the bed and sighed heavily. Then Skylar replied, "I'm the last one."

"Why didn't you ever tell me about Skylar? I never knew that I had other members besides my father." Skylar felt a tightness press against his chest. Tears had flowed from the corners of his eyes that Skylar had struggled to contain.

"I couldn't say at the time." This was indeed the truth, he was bound by a promise he made which he ultimately broke. Skylar should have denied it from the start if he knew it would be like this.

"You never know how I go through each day remembering what I forgot alone when dad was busy at work. I don't even know myself. It's almost crazy or maybe I'm crazy." His lips were pursed and he pressed his eyes with his fingers. He threw himself on the bed and lay curled up.

Neil continued on the other end panting "I always wondered why you hated me so much at school, all the time. I searched for what exactly was my fault, every time I saw you and now I know. My mistake was being your twin, Your brother, and sharing a womb with you. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Therefore I'm sorry. Relax, Skylar not only do you hate me, but I also hate myself more than you can ever imagine Skylar."

Why can Neil talk like this? Always condescending and blaming himself?

"Neil—"

"Since you're my little brother, can I ask you a favor just this once, Skylar?" cut Neil on the other side.

"Don't you dare say that," Skylar growled he would be so mad at Neil when he said that? Skylar hates this.

Neil chuckled on the other end, making Skylar's hands clench into fists. "Please take care, Daddy, for me. After I take Lia and Faiz back, don't ever contact me again, and you and dad should forget about me from now on. It's not a hard job considering I'm really bad, useless, and easy to forget."

"What nonsense are you saying, Neil?" Skylar felt like darting to where Neil was and shaking him to wake him up.

However, Neil spoke again and quickly hung up. "See you."
