Ch.45 New wolf.

Laying under the open sky I gazed at the incomplete moon, the night sky was dark and void of any stars. They tried to peek out of the clouds but couldn't. I had a lot on my mind since we had rescued Lydia. She was physically sound but I don't think her mind is… after the attack she should have changed but there is no sign of it.

But Lydia isn't the last of my worries, right next door is a family of hunters that would love to hunt me and I have to be careful, not only for me, for my mom and Malia as well. I know what they are capable of and to what extent they can go.

And speaking of Malia, I need to tell her something… very important but I don't know how I should tell her. I have been thinking of ways to tell her but I just can't find the right way to do it.

As I was thinking about my predicaments. I heard the Argents. They were moving out. I snuffed the cigarette and threw it. I turned and tried my best to hide myself. I heard their door open and I saw Chris and Victoria as they were going out. But something felt odd about them and I couldn't quite put my finger on what.

They got in the car and as soon as they did the smile on their faces changed they rolled up the window and drove away. I was sure that they weren't going out for dinner. This was something else.

After like 15 minutes or so I saw Allison get out of the house and get in her car. She looked a little tense. Where are all these Argents going? As I was watching all these I heard a quiet whisper in my ear, "What are you watching?"

I was startled and I looked back and it was Malia, I took a deep breath and said, "Don't do that, I nearly fell off the roof."

She chuckled and said, "Like that would do anything…" I sighed and she looked at me and I asked, "What?"

She said, "You haven't answered what are you doing here?"

I turned and laid on my back and said, "Nothing, just watching the stars and trying to relax…" I looked at her and asked, "What are you doing here?"

She then laid back and said, "I guess the same as you…" She then looked at me and said, "You really like to come out here don't you?"

I chuckled and I said, "Yeah… looking at all the stars and moon helps me relax a bit."

She looked at me and asked, "Are you okay?"

I looked at her and said, "Yeah, I am fine… why do you ask?"

She just shook her head and said, "Cause you don't look happy... You always seem slightly out of it, like you aren't here or something..."

I didn't know what to say to her, "I don't know, I… have been feeling lost ever since… " I stopped to look at her, I slowly leaned in closer to her and kissed on her forehead and said, "I think we should get some rest." Her heart raced and her face was flushed. She just silently nodded. We got up and went inside the house.

The next day came and I followed my daily routine of exercise and running. I got back home, took a shower, got breakfast and went to school. Malia and I were sitting in the car and I decided that I should just get it over with. I decided that I will tell her all of it today. As we pulled up to the school.

We were hit with a new scent. It was another werewolf… "Derek's on a roll isn't he?" I looked at Malia and said, "Yeah, he is lucky that he got two of 'em… wonder how many he will get."

We walked inside the school and I was on my way to the locker room. We had another morning practice. I walked inside and the scent was strong there. Looks like the new guy plays lacrosse but who is it? As I was walking in I also heard the two of 'em talk.

"I don't know what to do?"

"What do you mean? You are getting free sex… why are you so worried about it?"

"Cause I want things with Allison to go back the way they were…"

"I don't think it's going to happen man… she just doesn't feel like the way she was before…"

I walked to my locker and started to change and I was still looking for that werewolf. I don't know if Derek had trained them well but today is a full moon and Stiles is still talking about chaining up Scott. I don't know why but he still doesn't have the shifting in control. Stiles then opens up his locker and the steel chains fall out getting everyone's attention.

Coach walks up to them and says, "A part of me wants to ask, but another part of me says knowing will be more disturbing. Than anything that I could ever imagine. So I'm gonna walk away…"

Stiles nodded and said, "That's good, that is a wise choice coach." They both get down and start to pick up the chain and Stiles says, "Should we ask him?"

Scott looked at Stiles and said, "Who? Him?"

Stiles looked at Scott and said, "Yeah, have we ever seen him, out of control? Never. If he wasn't forced to play along with Peter we would never have known."

But then Scott's eyes glowed yellow and he started to look everywhere. Looks like he finally got the scent. Stiles sighed and said, "You okay?"

Scott looked at him and said, "There is another…" Stiles looked at him and Scott said, "Another werewolf."

I used this moment to listen to heartbeats. I closed my eyes and listened, in the sea of hearts there must be one that beats harder than rest. I concentrated and I found one. I opened my eyes and I saw he was trying to leave but before he could I managed to get a good look at him. It was Lahey

But as I was about to catch him, Scott and Stiles came in front of me and I sighed and asked, "What?"

Stiles said, "Can you act like you are happy to see us?"

I looked at him and said, "And what would that accomplish?"

Stiles was about to say something but Scott asked, "Did you get the smell as well?"

I nodded and said, "Yeah, and I think I know who it is?"

Scott's eyes opened wide and he asked, "What? Who? How?"

I looked at him and said, "It's simple, when you said that there is another werewolf, I just listened for heartbeats. And tried to find the one that raced the most."

Stiles and Scott looked impressed and Stiles asked, "You guys can do that?"

I nodded and Scott shook his head slightly but then nodded as well. I just sighed and said, "Look I'll tell you who it is so just make sure that he stays in line. Today is a full moon and I don't think it's a good idea for him to be running around the woods with all these hunters roaming around."

Stiles then looked at me and said, "You know sometimes, it feels like you are bossing us around."

I looked at him and said, "Just make sure he doesn't get killed…"

Hey guys I hope you liked the chapter. I know that the chapter is small. But recently I haven't been feeling that drive to write. I don't know what it is but I am trying to fix it.

And secondly I know that Malia's character seems different and that's because I haven't seen the show after S3.

And lastly I am trying to come up with an original series. Right now I am a bit interested in doing like a historic thing. But if you have an idea post them below or just come to the discord to discuss it.
