Tension 1

Matthew stood up from his seat and immediately approached Lily, standing next to Ryan. While walking over to Lily, Matthew glared at Ryan. After standing in front of Lily, Matthew gave a small smile.

"I told you I would find you, right?" said Matthew.

Lily breathed a sigh of relief after seeing Matthew up close. She then smiled widely and immediately hugged Matthew. "I thought you wouldn't find me."

Matthew glanced at Ryan, who was standing next to Lily. "I saw your picture with Ryan."

Ryan looked back at Matthew while swallowing his saliva. He then turned his attention elsewhere.

Matthew let go of Lily's arms and looked back at Lily. "Are you hurt?"

Lily shook her head. Then he turned to Ryan. "Fortunately, I have a friend as good as Ryan. He took excellent care of me."

Matthew looked back at Ryan. "You are a good man. Lily is lucky to have a friend like you."
