"Ahhh, to think things on Earth would go that way" Captain Marvel said with a sigh.

"That's not cool at all" Peter Quill said.

"Yeah, humans are really dumb, if it was me, I would have made friends with them" Rocket said in a carefree way.

Actually, Gamora was thinking too much, the Mutants had already put that matter aside and didn't care about the Sentinels anymore.

After all, they were just weapons, the real culprits were those who used them.

In addition, the current Sentinels were very different from the previous ones and performed many tasks to help the progress of Genosha.

Finally finding the spot where Alex was waiting for them, Gamora gently lands the spaceship.

Once they land, they get off the spaceship.

There they see a group of people who are waiting for them.

This group that awaits them is made up of Alex, Est, Emma, Magneto, Laura, the Phoenix, Nick Fury, Maria Hill, the Fantastic Four, the X-men and the Avengers who have three new members.

She-Hulk, Luke Cage and Wolverine, it seems that the latter has been working with Captain from time to time and that is why he is a member of the group.

"Hello Gamora, welcome back to Genosha" Alex said as he greeted Gamora with a smile.

Captain Marvel looks at Fury and says:

"Yeah, and from what I see the wound in your eye never healed" Captain Marvel said with a smile as if making fun of him.

Fury just makes a face at her words.

"Well, although it would be interesting to know how you two met, we have something to do. Gamora, where is the Stone?" Alex interrupted as he asked Gamora a question.

Everyone is curious how Fury and that woman knew each other, but they agree with Alex's words and look at Gamora.

Gamora nods and looks at Peter Quill, who, understanding the signal, approaches Alex and hands him the orb.

Alex curiously examines the orb and under everyone's surprised gaze, he opens it and using his left hand grabs the Power Stone.

Which immediately releases a powerful amount of energy that tries to seep into Alex's body but fails when Alex activates his 'Imagine Breaker' throughout his body. Stone's energy begins to dim and it stands there obediently. When Alex notices that the Stone is beginning to crack, he places it back in the orb.

The place falls silent, and Alex looks at them confused.

"Um, what's wrong?" Alex asked.

"You... how could you bear its power?" a surprised Captain Marvel asked.

She had personally seen how the power of the Stone consumed the user, so she is shocked that nothing happened to him.

Rocket, Peter Quill, Drax, and Groot are also shocked.

Only Gamora is calm since she knows of his strange power.

"What do you mean?" Fury quickly asked Captain Marvel upon seeing her surprise.

In that, Captain Marvel calms down and tells everyone who does not know about the power of the Stone what happened when someone used it.

When she finished, everyone looks at Alex strangely.

"That's because of your ability, right?" Fury asked him.

"Yup" Alex answered calmly, since most of the people present knew of his power.

Gamora's group is confused.

So Gamora explains Alex's power to them.

So they finally understand why the power gem didn't hurt him.

The ability to nullify supernatural powers.

It is something surprising.

"If you have that power, then why don't you just destroy it?" Peter Quill asked a little confused.

Everyone agrees with his question, after all if the Stone is destroyed the threats it attracts would disappear and a dangerous object would be destroyed.

They all look at Alex waiting for his answer.

"Well, that's tricky, my ability destroys, that means it ceases to exist, and when it comes to these Stones it's pretty bad"

"The Stones represent concepts of the universe and are closely related to it, if they cease to exist I can assure you that bad things will happen"

When Alex finished speaking, everyone fell silent digesting the information.

"How do you know that?" Fury asked him.

"The Ancient One" Alex simply answered and Fury didn't ask any more.

"Well, I don't care about that, since that thing was delivered, pay me my units so I can leave" Rocket said.

"Oh, that's too bad. Since you did a good job, I wanted to keep using your services to help us, and I'd pay you more" Alex said with a smile.

Rocket stays silent, wondering what to do, since the offer is tempting, but he knows that this is a war and it will be dangerous.

"I'll let you play with the best weapons I have and if you like any I'll give it to you" Alex offered when he saw the doubt in Rocket

"Okay, I agree!" Rocket said quickly, as if he was afraid that Alex would change his mind.

He knew that this country had a lot of advanced technology, and it would be a shame not to get it, and even though this may be a war, most of the people in this place are strong and he would not be in danger.

Alex smiled when he saw that he had hooked little Rocket.

The others looked at Alex strangely since they did not understand why he did that so that the little raccoon would stay.

Well, once they got to know each other, it was time to get down to business.
