Ch 24 – A Brother’s Perspective

"Yawn, watsup" said by Rintarou as he lazily took out his phone from his pocket and plop down on his bed as he scrolled through twatter.

"Hey, aniki, would you mind telling me the girls name again, I can't put my finger on it but I think I saw her before somewhere on the internet" said by Ren while looking at him straight in the eye.

"I'm just gonna tell you once she's gone, I don't want you acting strange and all, maybe even fanboying over her once you know who she actually is, yawn" muttered by RIntarou as he continues to scroll through twatter.

"Huh? Fanboying over her, is she someone famous?" ask by Ren in confusion.

"Yeah, she's probably one of the most famous people on Earth right now" said by Rintarou as Ren just got more confuse.

"Really? Then aren't you afraid that you will be in danger because you know, you "lied down on the couch while watching anime" and is "close friends" with her?" ask by Ren.

"What are you using air quotes for? Besides, were just friends, nothing weird about kissing your friends on the forehead whispering love you and goodnight to their ear?" ask by Rintarou as Ren almost choke on his saliva.

"Cough, you what!?" ask by Ren while going into a coughing fit.

"What? It's not like I did something illegal, besides she said she likes watching anime with me so what's wrong with that?" ask by Rintarou as Ren became more confuse to see another aspect of his brother that he never saw before.

'Is he actually a dense anime protagonist!? You're joking with me, right? There's no way that my brother! Is a dense anime protagonist, like he continuously ridicules those dense anime protagonists that he watches and now you're telling me he! Is a dense anime protagonist!?' thought by Ren as he gave a weird look to Rintarou.

"What?" ask by Rintarou.

"… Nothing, sigh" said by Ren as he close of his phone and switch of the lights as he decided to sleep of his anger and confusion.

"I don't even know why you guys kept looking at me weirdly for when we eat at the dining table" muttered by Rintarou as he also went to dream land while activating his domain to get a guaranteed lucid dream.

(The next day)

'Oh god I shouldn't have stayed here!' thought by Ren as he looks at his own predicament that he caused on himself because of his curiosity.

He continued to peak on the couch where the figure of Rintarou and Alicia was cuddling with some blankets that covers their whole body as Ren remembered how he came into this predicament.

(Flashback)

As the sun was rising, Ren heard some slightly loud anime music that he always hears when he's brother is working out and decided that it was time to wake up.

He turned over his body to the left and saw on the ground his brother profusely sweating while singing something with an unexpectedly decent voice.

"Huff, onegai maso, puff, meccha motetai, onegai maso!" sang by Rintarou with difficulty as he push his body of the ground and did some stretches as Ren finally notice how weirdly muscular Rintarou's body was.

"… Good morning" muttered by Ren as Rintarou finally notices that he was awake.

"Good morning" said by Rintarou as he finishes his stretches and laid down on the ground profusely sweating.

Ren then stood up from his bed while grabbing his phone as he headed out to the nearest bathroom near their room as he walks for a good minute or two.

But as he was walking alone, he saw the light suddenly turned off and felt something touching his shoulder and hastily look behind him but saw nothing.

He then saw a blurry shadow as he instantly turned on his flashlight as he shouted.

"Who's there!" shouted by Ren as he warily looks around, ready for combat.

But as he was walking around, he felt something smack his ass as a snort was heard behind him that went into a full blown laugh when he finally see who it was.

"Good morning" said by RIntarou with a smile as he disappeared again from where he was standing with the lights now turned on as Ren got annoyed but sighed and continued walking to the bathroom and coincidentally saw Rintarou's naked body with only a towel on his waist walking out of the bathroom.

They high five each other's hands as Ren did his thing, he took a brush and also showered too as he walks back to their room but saw that Rintarou was missing and knew that he was again with the girl.

'Do I… go there? Yeah, let's just stay for something like ten minutes' thought by Ren as he hastily put on some clothes and went to the room where both Rintarou and the girl usually stays as he slowly opened the door and indeed, there they were cuddling with each other as Rintarou notices him.

"Oh Ren, wanna watch some anime?" ask by RIntarou as the girl finally notices him and slightly blush and hid her head inside the blankets.

"S- sure…" said by Ren as he sat down on a couch besides them and now here he was feeling like a sore thumb as they just suddenly decided to hide their whole body inside the large blanket, taking away his capability to see what they were doing as he gulp nervously.

"I love you, mwah" he heard the voice of his brother from inside the blanket as he heard a smooching sound that made him profusely sweat and decided that it was time to go out.

"I- I'm just gonna return back to our room" said by Ren as he silently walks out, lowering his presence as much as possible as he hastily runs back to their room while grasping his beating heart that felt like it was gonna die as he sighed in relief.

"Oh my god, he literally said I love you to her and he still thinks they are just fucking friends, what the fuck!?" said by Ren as he slulmp down on his bed but suddenly he heard knocking from his door and opened it to see a maid.

"Its time to eat sir Ren" said by the maid with a smile as he nodded and sighed.

He entered the dining room to see both Rintarou and Alicia already there sitting close to each other as he sighed and sat besides Rintarou and felt more of a sore thumb than before as he ate and watch their interactions with each other.

And like last time, after they finish eating, the deserts were brought out, Rintarou hurriedly grab his plate and disappeared from place with the girl taking her own and walk back to where they watch anime leaving them alone not knowing how to process the situation.

To think they actually have a dense anime protagonist in their house hold was shocking to say the least as Ren sighed and grabs his own desert and ate it peacefully on the table along with his family.

AN: This will indeed be a feel good story, for now. Because duh, I need more of those novice readers that likes feel good novels. You see I am smart and know that the evil path is not the only path of success, when you know the majority of webnovel readers likes feel good stories, you're gonna make feel good stories because that's the smart move.

But besides that, I'm getting experience in genres like collecting some pokemon cards over here, mastering all genres of writing ranging from action to romance, to manipulative mc to dense anime protagonist, from straight to yaoi and incest, from swords and magic to swords with swords ;), from pole to hole to pole to pole, from p with p to p with b, from giga brain mcs to stupid and arrogant mc, I'm gonna catch them all and become a Writing Master.
