The TV screen blasted news while the flashes of light engulfed the dimly lit living room of Whitelock Mansion.

As the news anchor's pleasant voice reached his ears, Isaac opened an envelope and checked the letter he had received moments ago.

His eyebrow jumped as he saw what the letter held. It was empty.

There were locations where the letter got sent, and its designated destination was Whitelock Mansion.

The location from where it got sent made Isaac's eyes tremble. Then, he saw the text written at the bottom of the letter.

"Strange…" Isaac frowned and rubbed his chin. He turned the letter around and saw nothing but a blank piece of paper.

He then folded the letter and pocketed it.

"Very strange…" Isaac stood up and grabbed the tv remoter. He turned down the volume to mute.
