The village - Part 1

The village of Serv was a rather large village. It's had any shop that people could hope for, this was all thanks the the Hunters School. Before the gates opened the life there was very boring. When the gate opened near the village, it opened up to a land with an underground, as hunters explorers went in they found it was one with rare materials all around. This was one of the gates that the government kept open, and as such the village grew and grew.

"Where's the first place you want to go to Tash?" As Gil and Tash walked down the streets walking past different shops, Gil asked this as he had no clue about shopping.

"I always like going to the blacksmiths and weapon shops to see the latest tools that have been made. If you go straight to a blacksmith you may find a cheaper one they will throw away you could use" Tash said looking at a notice board with a village map on. After finding out there was multiple weapon shops and a few blacksmith in the east part of the village they then mapped the area from there. Tash wanted to see if there where any nice clothes to buy and get some treats for her dorm. Deciding to go from the south side first for all the cloths then head round to the west they would walk through all the places they wanted. The north side of the village is where most of the villages lived, if they didn't live in there shop.

Going past the first shop there where an old couple running a hat shop, a young woman trimming flowers for her shop and many other people tending to there shops ready for customers.

Tash went into a clothes shop with a large store called "Serv's Select" and inside they had a variety of clothes in all shapes and colours. Tash headed to the young woman's section while Gil headed to the Young men's. After flicking though some tops he looked at the price and stepped back.

"5,000 credits just for a white top" Gil nearly choked. He couldn't believe the price and turned to Tash to see if she new how much stuff cost. When he found her white hair he saw he was grabbing several items she liked the look of and heading to the changing room.

Gil looked around and found a discount section and hopes to find something affordable in there. Most of the clothes here where women's and kids and the few men's where to large for Gil. As he flicked through to the end he found a sort of cloak.

[Cloak of darkness (dormant)

A cloak made from the left over of a dark ghoul. When activated the wearer will blend into the darkness. The length will adjust to fit the users will.]

Gil looked at the cloak, it went down just past his knee and the arms cut of at the elbow, it had a hood that blended into the back of the cloak. Trying it in he flicked the hood up and it covered cover his face but not blocking his vision the arms wear the perfect length not causing any obstructions whilst swinging his arms in the manner he would with a sword.

"1,000 Credits and ill send that to your school" A man said walking to Gil said.

"Um sorry, this says 500 not 1,000" Gil said looking at the price tag and noticing it was only 500 credits down from 1,000.

"Ahh was worth a shot, 500 credit it is for that, is there anything else you are looking for, or is this it" The man said.

"Oh im not sure, im just looking whilst waiting for someone" Gil replied.

"Okay, if you need anything come look for me, im Dan and im the manager of this store. Also for when you are in your second year you can show your privilege card and we will deliver to the school for free" Dan said with a smile, turning and greeting a new customer.

Gil went to pay for the cloak and choose to wear it instead of showing his card and getting it dropped of at the school. Standing outside in the air Gil waiting for Tash, after a bit he went to a bakery and grabbed some fresh baked buns for him and Tash when he got back, Tash was just leaving the shop.

"Oh, nice cloak Si. Is looks like its made from a powerful ghoul as." Tash said accepting the warm bun from Gil.

"How do you know its from a powerful one, and did you end up buying anything" Gil asked.

"You can tell its a powerful ghoul as the material is all from one piece, this means it was a large being, and the larger it was normally the more powerful it contains" As Tash was saying this she ran her hand through the cloak pointing out the lack of sewing marks. "I did end up getting a few new training uniforms and a dress as i heard from a few second years theres a ball after each tournament."

AS the two continued their talks they walked into a few other clothes shops and we Gil noticed the next one they where heading to he thought it was best if went to the one next door, for this action Tash was thankful as it would have been embarrassing shopping their with Gil looking.

The store was called "Swim wear for me", The store was split into men and women's, and they had people outside of the store displaying the the type of products that they sell. Both of them entered the shop looking for something different. Tash was after something that would expose to much but also didnt restrict her movements to much, Gil was after something cheap and didnt care about the look. They where after some swim wear because in a few weeks they would be facing some water based monsters and the school provided ones where so bad, even Gil didnt want to wear them. Gil walked straight past everything and went to the discount section and picked out a white pair with black strips down from the pocket leading to a black rim at the bottom. Buying them the two meet up again and headed to the blacksmith shop with the highest rating.
