Erin could see Lucas waiting at the corner table of the coffee shop for him. It was way past the closing time. And though the entrance clearly says it's close. And both its employees already went home. It still continued to wait for him there as it already promise, after he called him an hour ago.
Lucas's face lit up immediately upon noticing him. Walking towards the door to let him in himself.
"What took you long enough? I thought you got kidnapped or something."
Erin slightly laughed remembering how many missed calls he had received from the latter after checking it.
"I bumped into an old friend,"
Its face was now of worry and concern.
"Who?"
"It's Reese,"
"And?, How did you two meet?" Lucas was definitely curious to know. But only because it cares so much about him. It wasn't easy for him to get through his heartbreak since he got there. And Lucas was the one who helped him get through it.
